I purchased a home from ***, $1.2M. Many issues such as, no working garage door for 5 months. Clogged septic due to a filter that was installed, and not by me. **** Sq. Ft with only one single furnace (apparently they ran out of funds), 12 outlets to a single breaker (yes up to code however, professional builders would have no more than 6 outlets). **************** is sub par (they blamed me for the filter installed in the septic, ludicrous), the list goes on and on. My biggest regret was waiving the inspection (Spring of 2022). Perhaps I would not have these issues if the house was inspected...I would never recommend this builder.

Unfortunately, yes, there was a delay in getting the correct parts for her Garage Door. This was due to supply chain issues all resulting from the tumultuous after-effects of COVID19. The suppliers did their best to get the parts needed as soon as possible. Regarding the septic installation, it is completed and inspected by first the installer, then the designer who completes and submits a record of construction, and finally this is all reviewed by the Kitsap ************************* The installation of an outdated filter system was not recorded in any of those steps. While we were not the culprit, we did send our installer to troubleshoot the issue and correct it, all at no cost to ********************. Her comments about lack of funds are hearsay and untrue. Please have this stricken from the record, there is no founding in fact. The home was built to code; energy code and electrical code included. Thank you. Disney and Associates

I saw the builders response. The garage doors had nothing to do with supply. They were installed incorrectly from the beginning and Fireside Home Solutions told Disney on numerous occasions that this needed to be corrected. They ignored the advise and my garage door failed 2 times after I moved in resulting in no working garage for 5 months. Fireside also told me that this had happened once before the sale, that is when they told Disney it would happen again and it needed to be corrected. As far as the septic tank, it was their designer, their installer that put in the filter resulting in water damage in my home and a clogged system no less than 5 times. ************** named **** told me and my brother that I would never had had any of these issues if the filter was not installed. If this septic system was inspected by the county, I would very much appreciate a copy of that inspection report. I certainly did not install a filter, And while they may be up to code on electrical and HVAC, I see no reason why 12 outlets should go to one breaker and why one HVAC system should power a **** Sq. Ft. Home. The builder told my girlfriend during walk through that they ran out of funds when my girlfriend inquired why there was not a dual system. Especially when the *** unit is on the other side of the house separated by a 4 car garage with no ability to control the heating and cooling on that side. I stand by my review, it is not frivolous. On the contrary, it is factual. I would not recommend this builder and I wish the market conditions were different when I made the purchase so that I did not feel like I had to waive the inspection...
