      We had two new gas fireplaces installed as part of a major remodel, one with a CoolSmart TV wall. As this was not new construction, installation was challenging. The installers did a great job. Thanks to Mark, Aaron, and Laine.

      Aaron, Zach, and Mark installed our new Lopi Northfield gas stove. The sales people and installation team were great to work with. They answered all our questions. They were all very professional and easy to work with.

      Aaron and Zach did a great job installing our new Loki Northfield propane stove. They arrived on time and coordinated seamlessly with the propane tank install that was happening at the same time. They commissioned the stove, explained its operation, advised on where to put the remote/thermostat and left us the product manual and documentation. The stove looks great in our small living room!

      Just had my new Lopi fireplace installed by Custom Hearth. Everyone from sales to the install team was professional and helpful. The installation team was able to arrive earlier than expected but called ahead to make sure it worked with my availability. Aaron and Zach did a great installation job and thoroughly cleaned the room. I am happy with my purchase and having a warm and cozy home.

      My overall experience from start to finish was amazing. Rene did a great job helping pick out the right size stove for the space and getting everything ordered. Matt did an awesome job on the site inspection, making sure everything was going to fit. Rene was there to help when we made a last minute hearth change and got the extra items ordered and delivered without having to change the installation date! Aaron and Zach did an amazing job on the installation. They made sure everything was working and cleaned up to my satisfaction prior to their leaving. They were all great and I would recommend the Poulsbo location to anyone in need of a stove.

      What a refreshing experience to work with a courteous and professional team of people. Custom Hearth sent a very detailed team led by Aaron and Zach to install our wood burning fireplace and chimney today. This team took the utmost care of our home while working in the attic, on the roof, in the living room and in the crawl space. I was extremely happy with their professional and upbeat attitudes, the care they took moving things in and out of the home, and trying to keep everything clean and dry while completing all this work in the pouring rain, Great team of people. It's also worth noting that Joshua was a fantastic communicator throughout our purchase process. Between the visits during our construction of the frame to verify dimensions, and the detailed instructions provided by the Joshua, the entire install was completed in a matter of a few hours just due to all the great pre work. Between Aaron and Zach, and Mark and Joshua, I'm no doubt gong to be a repeat customer of Custom Hearth. I highly recommend them!

      We just had our new fireplace installed by Custom Hearth. Looks great! The installation team and sales were awesome. Installation team arrived right on time and did a great installation job and a thorough cleanup. Very professional. Extra shout out to JoAnn Gerbing for helping us through the process and working to get all the little details just right. The Kitsap County inspector reviewed the installation and found no issues.

      Thank you so much for sending Randy out to service our Fireplace Insert yesterday. He was kind and courteous and very professional. He did a great job. He took apart every piece of the Fireplace & cleaned it including the glass front ! Looks like a new fireplace now ! Thanks again…!

      We worked with a fantastic advisor/salesperson (Renee Maggio) who was able to show us several options for our new fireplace. Our installers, Aaron and Zach, were fantastic. All installed within 3 hours, answered all questions, and demonstrated proper use of the fireplace.
