    Commutations is the Biggest factor. If you deal with this company get is in writing before you agree to anything.

    The customer called in February 2021. She had just moved into the house that had the RainSoft equipment. She had questions about the equipment. At that time she requested salt to be delivered when it was time for the yearly maintenance service. Customer called in October 1, 2021 and requested yearly maintenance service. Customer did not mention the salt delivery. When technician arrived on a Monday to do the service, customer asked technician if he had brought salt. There was no note on the service order to bring salt out, therefore technician did not have salt with him. Technician assured customer he would deliver 5 bags of salt before the end of the week. Salt was delivered 3 days on a Thursday after the service. A note has been placed in customers file to deliver 5 bags of salt at next yearly maintenance service.

    My reason for service was to get access to salt fulfillment. I didn't need a maintenance on the machine. Machine was working fine. To get salt delivered I needed to have a 11 point maintenance done. Technician states for $120 I could get my 11 point maintenance on my machine and 5 bags of salt. That would last me a year until the next yearly maintenance procedure was done. when the technician arrived no salt, and I'm not to sure I got a 11 point check up either. Very miss commutated with technician (that I spoke to personally) the girl in office and the technician. I did get my salt 3 days later and $80 more added to salt price (which it was to be in the $120 charge with the 11 point test), plus delivery charge added to my ****. That is the last $198 this company will get from me. I'll find my salt another way, if machine breaks I'll find technician elsewhere or replace it. All due to poor communication and price changing from original conversation. Results: Get it in writing on the first conversation. Please.
