      They take your money and do nothing and will not return it or send statements.

      This is completely false.  We do not take anyone's money and then do nothing on their case.  Every case is different, and each case has a different timeline.  Unfortunately, some clients are unreasonable and want us to do work on their case and have it complete within a very unreasonable time frame.  We cannot discuss your case on this platform as it is a public platform, but if you have questions or concerns, please contact our main office to speak to the bookkeeper and/or management.

      I filed a BBB and Bar complaint against clearwater back in March for not doing what they where hired for in a timely manor. They ended up quitting on me because of these complaints. Because I started talking to another lawyer since I had my paper work sent to a new lawfirm and clearwater also sent them my refund check instead of sending it to me. That firm forwarded the check to me certified mail but it got lost. I reported this to clearwater at the end of April. It is now the end of August and I still have not received my refund from my retainer. This firm owes me just over $3,000 and they are not putting any effort into getting me the money they owe me.
