      September 7, 2023 Air Tech sent a technician to clean my fireplace and trouble shoot the problem I was having with the pilot light, which I thought may be the thermo couple. I told the person on the phone and the technician. He left and a week later when I was home, I was having the same problem. I have now had to call a different company to repair this, which may be the thermo couple. The technician that Air Tech sent, I had to have him even take off the glass again and reclean because he did not even clean it, he just smeared it and looked horrible, worse than when he showed up and I asked him did he inspect the thermo couple, do you have a meter. he said yes. He did not have a meter that I saw and I did not see him inspect it. I want a full refund.

      10/5/2023 we sent our technicians back to the homeowner's house to address her issues.  The homeowner called in to our office and indicated that she was very happy with the service call and our technicians.  She indicated she would call us in the future for any other issues (and would like the same technicians). 

      We are refunding her money, Monday, October 9.

      Our builder hired Air-Tech to install our HVAC system about a year and a half ago. The heat pump failed the first winter and Air-Tech felt the issue was the coils. ***** took over a month to arrive so we were on emergency heat during the downtime. Coils were replaced but the intermittent heat issues remained. The system would blow cold air for hours at a time before kicking back to heat. We experienced heating bills of $700 and $500 on a brand new home with solar panels. The company made numerous visits attempting to diagnose the problem and kept making adjustments to the fan speed and ducts. They adjusted the *** timer numerous times. Earlier this summer the problem persisted, now blowing hot air during the summer. Each time they arrive they say everything is functioning properly. We called Trane to explain the issues. ***** states that it sounds like an issue with the reversing valve getting stuck. Last visit, I ask the tech to check the valve. He said he did and it checks out. He recommends shutting off the *** entirely and it should fix the problem. *** has now been off over a month and the system is still intermittently blowing the wrong air temperature. I called to schedule yet another visit and I was informed that AirTech no longer serves Moxee. They took our money to install the system, took money for the service visits, but never resolved the problem. It was clear that the company did not believe the problem existed so we installed Flair vents to measure minute by minute vent and room temperatures. We submitted the reports to Air-Tech during the visits showing that the air leaving the vents was wildly incorrect. Instead of diagnosing the problem and repairing or replacing the unit we were told to shut off the *** which did not resolve the issue at all.
