    ON 05.8.2025 WE MADE A LARGE PURCHASE OF SNAPBACK TRUCKER CAPS AND BEANIES FOR OUR VETERANS AT THE WASHINGTON SOLDIERS HOME WITH THE PROMISE THAT WE WOULD HAVE OUR ORDER BY ****. **** CAME AND WENT CALLED THE OWNER NO ANSWER; WE *****ED THE ***** HE PROVIDED NO REPLY. IN JULY THEY ONLY GAVE US 40 CAPS NOT EVEN THE SNAPBACK AS WE ORDERED THEY OWED US 110 CAPS AND BEANIES. WE CONTACTED THEM AGAIN THE OWNER AGAIN PROMISED TO HAVE EVERYTHING FOR US IN OCTOBER, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING BUT EXCUSES FROM THE OWNER. OUR VETERANS WANTED TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES, BUT THE LIES AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND BROKEN PROMISES AND EXCUSES THEY ARE GIVING US. DON'T COMMIT TO A BIG ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO FULFILL THE SERVICES YOU INFORMED US YOU WOULD PROVIDE FOR OUR VETERANS.
