    September 11, 2024 was the date of service. Workers came and soft washed my siding, windows and screens. They did not tape off my three stained porch ceilings. Therefore, the stain was removed in spatters. I called the owner, ***** *****. He said he was having difficulty since one of his worker's wifes had been diagnosed with terminal cancer. I can't confirm if this is true. I replied that I would give him some time to deal with this issue. I was being compassionate. I texted him on the following dates at that time shortly after the service some with photos of the damage:September 16, 20, 30 October 3, 4, 12, 21. He responded to these texts. He said he would get back to me.Then after not hearing from him, I began calling and texting to find out when my ceilings would be repaired. I called on the following dates:January 17, 21 February 5, 7, 14.I texted on the following dates:January 12, 21 When I began texting and calling in 2025, Mr. ***** would not reply. He didn't answer the phone nor replied to my texts. So, I am stuck with the cost of repairing the ceilings.
