            I had purchased a weapon about 5 years ago and had no problems with the background check, so when I found the weapon, I wanted to buy ($792.02) I went ahead and purchased it and filled out the background check paperwork and waited for clearance to pick up my new weapon. I waited about 4 weeks and was in the area and checked in to see if I cleared the background check. I was informed that my background check came back (Denied) and the employee gave me information on where I can go to find out why I was denied my right to purchase a weapon, so, I asked for my money back on the weapon that I purchased and provided them my **** of sale as proof of purchase. They refused to give me my money back and told me that there was a 25% restocking fee and a $200.00 dollar fee for being denied on my background check. There sign on this rule isn't posted where a customer can easily find it without help. I want my $398.05 back.
