    Kelly and Associates did an outstanding job on my kitchen remodel, the third project at my house. He showed up on time, explained the goals for the day, welcomed endless questions about the project and explained the answers in understandable terms, and was flexible when the schedule had to change. He was always pleasant, and I was never worried about having him in my house. And best of all, his work is impeccable.

    **** and Assoc. were recommended to us by neighbors saying we would really like their work. Amazing! They transformed a bathroom with a massage tub( no longer working) into a beautiful tiled walk in shower complete with grab bars as client needed them. Extremely functional. Visitors ooo and ahh exclaiming how great it looks!.We recently asked **** to check out a little grout issue. There the next day and at no cost to us. He stands by his work and means it! Great to work with and appreciate his honesty and work ethic!!

    After talking with multiple contractors and their references, I hired Kelly and Assoc LLC to build an ADU for me in *****. I believe it was the first one built under the city's new program. He does excellent work, communicates well and coordinated all of the details with professionalism and courtesy. As the first ADU, this project was a test for both the city and this business. They both passed with flying colors. If you are looking for a contractor who will work with you and your local jurisdiction, I highly recommend this company. This will be my only construction project. However, I have shared his info with many folks, including neighbors who watched with enthusiasm as this project went from dirt to completion in short order. Well done!
