This Place Should NOT Have an A+ Rating! Are you kidding me? I went shopping there today with my husband and as we were leaving a Grey cat popped up onto the counter. I asked if I could pet him. They bragged Of HOW FRIENDLY THE *** IS!! I adore the kitty and was petting him, he rolled on his back to have me pet his tummy and as I was petting him, the guy said "Oh don't do that, he's trapping you, you don't want to see what he can do"I did pull my hand back & went to pet him again, he was just laying there being a sweetheart, I honestly didn't take the employee's seriously, I thought maybe he was being silly, sometimes we animal lovers say Silly stuff, I barely touched him when the employee slammed a tray onto my hand, but he missed my hand regardless of his Aim and started YELLING at me, saying "What did I tell you!!! He will attack you, I told you not to touch him, if you do that he can't come back, he already attacked other customers " then his sister started degrading me and insulting me, saying the same thing but in a demeaning manner and started putting me down! "My Brother told you not to touch the cat and you still did, you are to listen to us and do as we say, etc etc.... repeating it over and putting me down to a point I just walked out and her mouth kept going!!! This place maybe cute and adorable with loads of over priced goodies, There is Absolutely no respect, kindness and respectful sales associates!! When I first met the sister of the other guy. Both work behind the counter, she seem kind and gave some medical advice to me, I was suffering from Allergies, so her demeaning attacked towards me was shocking, her mouth is wicked and not one employee stood up for me. I couldn't get a chance to say " I'm sorry" she was about to catch her breath in letting me speak. Now my thing is, if that cat is so mean, Giving me permission to pet him was their mistake and what will happen when a child pets the kitty belly?

my wife and mother both avid gardeners. They love shopping for plants for hours. My mother is 85 years young and prefers to use a shopping cart over a ****** when shopping. They of course made a large purchase. My wife had me take the cart and unload it. I did so while my wife waited with my mother. Here is the STUPID part. I was walking the cart to my mother and what I think was an employee demanded the cart. I explained over and again but his ears and brain where disconnecte. Rather than a fist fight I gave up the cart. My wife then yelled at the guy who finally released the cart so my mother could use it as a walking aid. An 85 year old woman being denied access to a shopping cart.please read this a discuss with your employees how to listen and treat their customer.Read below Not sorry No deescalation Just the same @** being rude BYW My mother was standing out of the rain just inside the door Response from the owner19 minutes ago We keep carts for plants outside. Unfortunately those carts will not fit into the inside of our store and for everyone's safety they aren't suitable for inside the store. They will not go up steps, stairs nor fit in the isles. The carts will knock over displays and sharp tools. For your mother's own safety the cart was removed from the inside of the store. Eastside is equipped with wheelchair ramping and either a ****** or wheelchair will comfortably and safely maneuver through the store. Our garden carts aren't a safety device nor designed to help people with mobility issues. I apologize for inconvenience.
