    On 08/26/2024 I messaged ******** ******* regarding an appointment I wanted to make that day. I was desperate as the next day was my birthday and I wanted to feel and look my best. She accepted my appointment and everything went smoothly. The next time I made an appointment to get a fill she cancelled and rescheduled. Eventually she made time for me to come in, and I was happy with my eyelashes when I left. The very next day I had multiple fans falling out of my eyelashes and was very disappointed with the quality of the lashes that I received. I texted ******** ******* immediately regarding my concerns and she offered to fix them so that I would be happy with the services. After a week of trying to compromise on a time we are unable to come to an agreement, this being because there was a large lack of communication coming from Samanthas end. I text her to let her know that I will be discontinuing services with her as I was unsatisfied with how the situation was handled. Upon leaving my first appointment with ******** she asked me to leave a review, which I did, a paragraph and 5 stars. So when my feelings with her business changed, so did my review. ******** then proceeded to call me ********* a f****** loser, bipolar, a weirdo, a freak and other names, all of which were through text and I have screenshots of. She then continued to tell me how my boyfriend loves to engage with her sexually (in much more demeaning terms) and this left me feeling wildly uncomfortable and disgusted. I asked her to stop contacting me 8 times, to all of which she ignored and continued to do so. Being in contact with ******** ******* has left me feeling overwhelmed and amazed with how disgusting a human being can act.

    This person is lying about so many things I dont even know where to begin. First of all, every single appointment theyve had they have texted me either the same day or the night before and Ive made it work. I never asked them to leave a review, instead they did that on their own, and then left a negative review when I couldnt see them last minute one day.  Also they had their boyfriend leave me a bad review as well. 

    not only will lay absolutely not refund this person, I will sue them for harassment if this continues

    I am rejecting this response because: In the attached images, I have provided texts from ******** ******* requesting I write a review for her business, as well as the numerous texts she has sent to me with no response given by myself. 13 hours after no contact with ******** ******* she was still continuing to text me telling me to leave her alone even though she was the only one talking in the text thread. Beyond this, she claims the $250 charged to my account was regarding a cancellation fee. However there was no appointment to cancel, she requested to change the time agreed upon and I denied as I had to work. This does not constitute a cancellation if she is the one who had to reschedule. I am also providing the case number for the police report regarding the matter. 242630550
