    Mr. ******************** of ******* was contacted on 09/07/2022 approximately between 1400 - **************************************************** I will not receive power. Mr. ******************** of Olympia from ****** I spoke with them, and made appoint next morning 09/08/2022 **** hours. ********************ian Chase with his apprentice showed up next morning. I showed him *** inspectors note of the corrections. He looks at the panel and said it will cost me $1500 + tax, in a few munities I get a call from the Mr. ******************** of Olympia asking me If I want to get the work done or not? Also, I must pay at least $1200 dollars to start the job. I asked her if I get any Military discount of the payment. I told her to charge me the full amount of my credit card. She gave me 10% off the price and with tax $1596 total. There were no other contract was written or given about extra visit or device or even stealing of my AFCI/GFCI. Workers start working at ****. ********************ian Chase and one of his apprentices start working. I asked ********************ian Chase if I am going to get the power today or not. He mentioned that they will complete the work today and I should have power by end of the day. Also they will come back next day to complete numbering the breakers. During the correction they stole out 3 AFCI and 1 GFCI to replace with the normal circuit breaker and took mine. They took an hour break during lunch from **** to ****. Everyone was gone by ****. Next day during inspection inspector mention still lots of stuff missing and they wouldn't come back till I pay for their visit and the extra 450 for Surge protection what cost $70 at ******. After a month finally they finished the work because of the *** complaint but they have handed me a bill of $816.15. When I called them to ask about it and said I wont pay. They said they will put it on my House-lien credit. I do not wish to pay them any extra money when they were aware of Surge Protection device for all ********************** upgrade. Still there are more I cannot add to it.

    We paid the owner **** $12,000 as 3/4 payment for a whole house generator in October 2021. He never installed our generator and refused to return our money. His total lack of action and communication forced us to get a lawyer. He still wouldn't respond. We won our lawsuit judgement against him today so now he owes us the money we paid, plus interest, plus attorney fees.
