1/15/24 I called Full Speed Plumbing they said that they could send a tech over first thing in the morning. I was shocked, the two other companies i had called had told me late next week before they could send somebody. I made the appointment. Later I had some friends call and tell me that they could help me. 1/16/24 I called full speed plumbing and cancelled my appointment. then I received a text saying that **** A a lisenced plumber is on his way to my house. so I called them again and cancelled again. **** on the 16th he showed up on my door. I told him that I cancelled the appointment but he talked me into letting him at least look at it. I took him downstairs and he inspected the pipes and told me thatit looked like and easy fix. He said it would be around $2500.00 I signed an ipad with some very small print and a signature line. He went to ferndale for some parts and worked on my house for an entire 3 hours. He came back up saying that now it was going to cost $9800. I was like whoa. Id have to talk to my mom it was her card. I gave him the number to keep his bosses happy but he told me he wouldnt charge anything until i had made a decision to move forward. He left and took all my copper pipes. left plumbing tank junk in my garden and now i cant get them to return my calls. I want all my money back and they can come and take out the work they did and I will find an honest company to do the work.
