              i purchased two batteries roughly three months ago and one of them went bad. i emailed them about warranty for the battery because on there web site it states they would warranty there lipo and life battery as long as its in the first year and if its outside a year its 50% off the list price. they will not honor there policy witch is very disappointing. i spent alot of money for these batteries. i was being told that it was just worn out. but the other battery is fine and both has been barely used within a three month span. When talking with Matt from maxamps he was offering a 20% discount instead of even suggesting taking a look at the battery to even see if its defected . this battery is a 4750 7.4v graphene shorty pack that had alot of power, now when you plug it up on a full charge it barely makes any power at all.

              Its easy to review a company when everything goes as planned but you really see the "True" customer service when there is an issue. I had a problem with one of the companies batteries so I reached out and the company responded promptly and asked some detailed questions and they also asked for some picture and other information to make sure it was not an issue on my side. I supplied the information promptly and to my surprise the company came back and said they would ship me another $200+ battery free of charge and they paid for shipping. They just got a customer for life. *****
