    I dont often write reviews, but my experience with this embroidery company was so profoundly disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. What was promised as premium, custom embroidery turned out to be a complete disaster. The craftsmanship was shockingly pooruneven stitching, fraying threads, and designs that looked nothing like the proofs I approved. It was as if quality control simply didnt exist.What makes this even more infuriating is the price. They charge an eye-watering amount for work that wouldnt pass muster in a beginners sewing class. Ive worked with other embroidery services before, and this was by far the worst value Ive ever encountered. Youre not just overpayingyoure being taken advantage of.When I reached out to express my concerns, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. No apology, no accountability, no effort to make things right. Just a cold, canned reply that made it clear they care more about profit than customer ***************** yourself the frustration and the money. There are countless embroidery providers out there who offer far superior work at a fraction of the cost. This company is all hype and no substance.
