    Broke down on I90 outside ********** ************ said trailer was taken care of truck was taken care of for the tow everything was good to go. I paid the insurance $317.20 extra to cover the extra expenses of the tow. Tow truck driver told me it was going to be an extra $350 in cash and if I wanted receipt $450+ tax was need a receipt for the cash that I had to give him to get my truck and trailer. I asked him for a receipt. He charged me an extra hundred dollars for a receipt that is annotated on the receipt that he gave me. To recap insurance said the tow was good to go insurance charged me $317.20 extra for the extra expenses with the tow now completely paid for per insurance the tow truck driver then informed me that it was going to be an extra $350 in cash only for the trailer if I wanted a receipt it was going to be $450+ tax which totaled $486.90 on top of a tow that insurance said was completely paid for but the biggest part two at all is that the tow company charge me an extra $100 so I could get a receipt proof of purchase of the tow

    Attached is the business reciept that we have including tow fee, administrative fees and taxes. Cash was paid so there was no card fee. The fees that the customer is complaining about are normal fees. We understand he is upset with fees. Insurance paid for the tow of customers 97 **** F250 not the additional truck and trailer. The truck and trailer was an extra expensive that was made clear before the job was done that it was an extra expensive. The extra trailer and truck was Towed 96 miles and the price was more then reasonable. Customer contacted insurance and insurance refused to pay for the tow of the trailer and truck and customer agrees to pay out of pocket for that portion of the tow before the job was accepted. There are NO refunds on jobs completed. 

    We have also attached photo of the loaded trailer with the truck

    on their receipt that they never gave me the only receipt that they gave me was the one I had to Ask for from the tow truck driver saying that the hundred dollars was for the receipt not for an administrative fee also, the receipt that the business supplied shows other options of payment, I was told it was cash only no card options

    I have added a photo from our end "insurance" the **** F-250 that was THE ONLY vehicle covered by insurance. I have covered the *** of the vehicle and phone numbers. This is the only vehicle covered by your insurance despite your first response claiming otherwise.

    The photo uploaded is our bookkeeping reciept that shows what is in our filing system we do not bill customers with this bill but it is one that customers like to provide for their insurance companies for reimbursement. The driver did offer card as we use square but there is a card fee. You opted for a cash payment to receive no card fee. We have good record with every single customer. The reciept that you have from the driver is just a paper written reciept for when the office is closed if customer request one on site. 

    If you are wanting a refund there will be no refund for the job that was completed. If you need further help reach out to your insurance company for reimbursement and we can assist by providing the reciepts for their records.
