    Had a company install a white vinyl fence. Made many mistakes so I called All American Fencing to fix the errors. Came out gave me a quote - so far everything is going great. Nice man came out to repair the gate and vinyl inserts. Made the check out and gave it to my husband. Came home from work and only the gate was repaired. The repair guy didn't come with vinyl inserts to replace the ones that were cut short. This was CLEARLY on the quote. The repair man took the check even though the repairs were not done. Call All American Fencing - I wanted a refund since not all the work was done. Everyone agreed - Even after almost 2 months, ******* will not give me a refund even though he did agree. Two hours of work is worth $321.20 so I'm requesting the return of $1,000. This ********************* is BAD news. Did NOT complete the job PER the quote. I don't want these guys back in my yard since there is NO TRUST. Also, on their website they claim to be with the BBB - what a lie.

    ****************** had us come out to her home for the original estimate on her new fence. She ended up hiring another company and asked us to come out and fix their work. We came out for only a couple hours and realized that we were going to have to make a second trip. Her husband handed us the check and when we informed ****************** that we would need to come back she refused to let us. After some long debates she was refunded for the entire job.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    What they are saying are LIES.  The repairman said he was done.  There were no attempts to come back out to fix the fence only the gate.  No calls,

    nothing - this company Ghosted me.  I would NEVER refuse them to come back out and complete the work.  You would think that 6 months

    is enough time to complete the work.  I only got my money back because I filled a lawsuit against them.

    In March with had All American install a fence. When meet with ******* we ask him when he came to give us a bid is there anything that he needs us to do such as property line or permits he stated " no I do all of that" He look at the property line and said its looks that it goes straight. The first guy came out and set up post and frame work. The second guy came out and finish it. Our neighbor notified us that they build the fence 8 feet over on her property. We notified *******. By, text, emails and phone calls. Have documents of conversation. He told us that it was not reasonable for know where the property line was at. I text him around 7:30 am and got a nasty text back stating I woke his three kids up. I left a goggle review that I don't recommend his company. I receive a very nasty email about the review from *******. ******* did come out to look at it and told my husband ****** that it would get fix. It would take a few weeks to get to it. 6/2/2022 after waiting several weeks we send a request on his company website asking for a time frame on when they could fix our fence. We receive and email the next day ask me (******) to call, ***************** and spoke to **** and talked about the problem. (******) received a call from ******* he stated again that they would come to fix it but it would be a while 3 or maybe four months. 9/2/2022 we received and email from ******* letting us know that he would be out Sept 7 or Sept 27 we are working on these days to get everyone on track. from Tera My husband sent them an email on Sept 6 thanking for letting us know asking for which day and time. Never receive from them and they didn't show on Sept 7. On 9/22 my husband (******) "I'm sending this to confirm that someone will be at my house on 9/27? Please let me know about what time I can expect them. From Tera " As far as I am aware. He texted ******* to confirm Thanks Tera. 9/27 ****** took off of work waited for them I called and left a message.

    We were hired to install a fence. Two weeks after completion, we were notified that the fence was over the neighbor's property line. We were not required to repair, but we offered to repair at no charge when we are able. Because the customer complained, we are no longer offering a repair at no charge. We will repair at full price.

    I am rejecting this response because: Since we decided to fill a formal complanint he is refusing to fix the fence.  We have given him six months to wait for him to fix only for to continue lied to us and not hold to his word.

    The ******** called us and scheduled an estimate with us. I personally came out and discussed where they wanted their new fence. My employees went out and again walked the fence line where the ******** wanted their fence. After we completed the fence they asked us to do staircases because they were happy with the work. Picture attached of *********************** asking us to do more work. Weeks after the fence was built, they found out that it wasn't on their property line. All American Fencing is not responsible for property lines. I felt bad for them and was willing to help them but told them numerous times that it would take some time before we could get out there as we were months backed up. The ******** started calling me at all hours of the day. As early as 6am and as late as 9pm. I politely asked if they could keep it to normal business hours as I had 3 kids under 4 with a 2-month-old baby which I attached this message they say I was rude to them. That's when they started being vulgar and rude to me and my employees. I have also attached something that he posted on-line that gives you a little idea of how he talked to my staff and myself. At no point during any of this was All American Fencing liable or in the wrong. We were willing to help them but due to the way they treated myself, my employees, and my company we decided not to help them.
