      On March 25-th I paid for a ***** 3.0 l engine upfront, invoice BUAP13920. I was assured that engine was in good condition as per the price for one that is in the *****k mile range, with this one being claimed as ****** miles. This was falsely confirmed with photos of a different odometer. Upon seeing the condition of the engine for myself, I saw it was in fact in much worse condition. After having to hassle for a VIN number I investigated further. This led to discovering that the engine had in fact previously been sold from a company in *********, ********* by name of ****** with the mileage being listed as ****** miles. They refunded only $1850 claiming $125 in taxes for the engine they never sold me. I am very displeased without a full refund only $1850 refunded, and my time wasted. Thank you for the stress. Thank you for wasting my time, money and sanity.

      We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. According to our records, you initially placed an order for a (Used) 2011 ***** 80 Series Engine 3.0L (******, 4th and 5th digit, B6304T4 engine, turbo), which aligns with the **** you provided. We provided mileage information based on this order.

      However, subsequent to this, you requested an engine from a 2014 ***** 80 Series specifically, and we informed you that we had one unit in stock with less than 100K miles on it, but it did not fall under the same mileage category. Despite this, you requested to proceed with the order, and we accommodated your request by uninstalling another engine from a 2014 ***** and shared pictures and **** as requested.


      After fulfilling your request, you later requested to cancel the order. At this point, the order had already been shipped, but we promptly rerouted the shipment and refunded you the money, excluding the shipping cost. It's important to note that we did not withhold the complete shipping amount, and we waived the labor costs associated with uninstalling two engines for you as a gesture of goodwill.


      We regret any frustration or inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. If you have any further concerns or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
