    I visited ***** in Nov 2024 and had services done. I paid $350 plus a $50 tip. At that time scheduled a follow up appt for Dec for a root touch up only. In december my husband had a stroke and I missed the appt. This business charged me $400 for missed appt based on my previous appt in November of $400. I never booked the same services in NOV for DEC.. Owner said I just need to come in for root touch *** every month. Come to find out the hair stylist booked Dec appt telling the front desk as I checked out that I needed to book an appt in DEC for a bunch other of services I did not ask for. My appt I missed in Dec should have been for root touch up only. The was what I left understanding. When I got the no show charge it should have been for root touch up only but they charged me another $400 based on Nov appt. I was severely overcharged and I have tried to contact owner because she took part and assisted my stylist. I called several times to speak to owner and today got a call back from *** and was told owner will not speak to me. I was told by the mgr that the business owner has 5 businesses and she will not speak to me. I was told by *** that they have no records from last year, they cant look it up to see any charges and I couldnt use the $400 they charged me in DEC and apply those charges towards a new appt (as I was told initially I could). They didnt hold the hair stylist or booking agent accountable for this mistake and wont return a portion of my money. My no show appt should have only been a charge for root touch up. I feel scammed especially since the owner refuses to talk to me. The owner refuses to return my calls and the *** of the salon is taking no accountability for the mistake on their part. I want my money back Im owed for their mistake. No one is willing to explain to me who added all additional charges and Im unable to speak to the business owner. *** tried to resolve this with the business with no avail.
