    1. False Advertisement of Free months when signed up. 2. Terminated our membership before membership end date in agreement 16 months promised but only got 14 months.3. Terrible customer service, even when proof was given, insisting that they have given me free months 4. 13 year old son is being promoted to offer private ******s to members when he didn't reach legal age yet.Our kids started our free membership on 9/15/2021 and it was a free trial for 1 month as they advertised We liked the program and signed up for 12 months on 10/01/2021 because they offered another 1 month free and ***************************** promised that he will pause membership for 2 months while kids are on vacation for the summer of 2022 when I told him I just want to pay for 7 months because we are going away in summer. So the agreement we had was to have the service from 9/15/2021 to 1/15/2021 which is 12 months + 2 months free + 2 months of vacation extension (total of 16months). However, the owner kept asking for renewal in October and November for 1 year renewal. I explained to him we are expecting the renewal in December. He texted me that our membership ends in November. I asked him for extension he refused. I am attaching his emails and communication in text messages...It's a false advertisement to lure people to think that they were given free months but you are not actually getting anything. Also, he is keep asking members to do private ****** from his 13 year old child, I thought the legal age to earn wage is 14.

    To Whom It May ******************************************* will explain the program purchased and considerations made for ********************* in relation to his daughters, ***** and ********  This was previously explained in detail in a text to **************, but it was omitted form the screen shot sent.

     

    He is not "Entitled" to 16 months of membership as he is stating.  Here is the lay out of programs and previously sent to him along with paperwork.

     

    1)  He received FREE one month trial (Plus **Shirts and Belts) from 9-15-21 to 10-15-22 (Original Registration Sheet is attached)

    2)  Did an early registration by 4th class for a 12 month program and got 2 free uniforms and another month (For both girls) FREE.  He was charged for just 11 months and got a receipt for a 12 month program.  This program goes from 10-15-21 to 10-15-22.  Receipt with dates has been attached.

    3)  He went on vacation for 2 months and we did a ONE TIME courtesy credit of 2 months at the end of his current program at no charge (We don't normally do this).  This was for 10-15-22 to 12-15-22.  

    As of 12-15-22 his daughters membership, including bonus time will end.  No further FREE time will be issued.  

     

    This has all be previously conveyed and the issue is closed on our end.

    I am rejecting this response because: he offered all members one more week for missing classes for covid in his email. I didn't get that extra week he promised in his email. Also, he was dishonest and ignorant about my inquiry about membership end date. it took him 1 week to reply to make this correction after BBB complaint. Text and his email atrached. He also rushes us to register or we will have to wait 6 month to 1 year leveraging on kids disappointment. He doesn't openly share waitlist and pricing of membership with members. Please explain.
