      I was extremely disappointed, how unprofessional and absolutely crazy three of the employees that answered the phone on their phone line were with me.They didnt wanna repeat anything if I asked for them to repeat something they would respond by yelling and sounding like they had no time to speak to me, although they were calling me. He sounded like he was assuming a lot of things about me based on whatever information he had in front of him I also do not trust that they keep my information and data private I do believe that they sell my data This company is so unprofessional. I dont even believe that they are an actual company. I believe this is a scam and all theyre doing is collecting data. I have paid off whatever fake balance they said they have and do not answer their calls. They are thieves.If they call you report them to the police immediately because they are not a real legit company and theyre so unprofessional in the moment I told them that I recorded their phone call. They decided they wanted to hang up the phone even though they say that theyre recording their calls that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever I have not been able to have a proper conversation with anyone at that company. I will be reporting this to the authorities as well.

      Validation of debt was mailed to ************* on 06-21-24.  The validation includes a full itemization of the debt showing that insurnce was billed.  Insurance payments and write offs were applied to this debt.

      I have filed a complaint previously with reference number ********. The company explained the charges sent to me, but they also answered that my bill was sent to collection.The company has contacted me with the wrong address. I only got this last letter because the person who lives at that address brought it to my home. For this reason, I would like you to remove my name from collections since I have never received this bill before, and that will affect my credit. Please also update my address for further communications.

      We have reviewed the additional complaint of ******************************  The address was provided to our client at the time services were rendered.  Notices of the self pay balance were sent to the address on file.  If the address changes it is ******************* responsibility to update the information accordingly.

       

      We are considering this matter closed.   The account was paid in full on 12/27/22 and will not be reported to the credit bureaus as it falls below the minimum balance criteria.

      I received a letter from this company. I was contacted about a bill never reported by the hospital or health insurance. I googled the company and saw 45 different one-star reviews saying this lab has predatory practices and doesn't try to bill insurance first. I was hoping you could look into this so I don't get taken advantage of by this company if they haven't even billed insurance yet. Appreciate your time on this when you are able!

      We have reviewed the complaint of ******************************  ********** services were ordered for ***************** by ********************************************* on 05/04/2022.  United Healthcare was billed and paid. $26.33 is the remaining balance.  Our client is CellNetix Pathology.  Your account was assigned to collections on 11/30/22 and remains outstanding.  The balance due is 26.33.

      I want the Audit and Adjustment Company To stop trying to steal money from people.The paperwork I was sent states EXPLANATION OF CHARGES THIS IS NOT A BILL ***** they got this paperwork I don't know.What I do know is that this is a HIPPA VIOLATION.
