We took our truck in for a recall and an oil leak, the first time we took it in and got it "fixed," it was not fixed at all. The truck was still leaking oil and the technician crimped the DEF heater hose (recall), we then had to take it back in to find out that the technician working on our vehicle was no longer there. The new technician found several other issues going on with the truck that were prior missed. Our vehicle has now been in the shop since June of 2023, this being the 3rd time we have taken it in... Due to the extensive work that needs to be done, we have been working with our Extended Warranty (which has been very helpful), they had an adjuster come out and take a look at the truck. We have been told several times by *** Clary that this was not on them and that it was the Extended Warranty's fault for it taking so long. Bud Clary's communication between their employees is slim to none and their desire to return phone calls to customers is non-existent. I have called them easily 10+ times since our vehicle has been there and have NEVER received a phone call back. Bud Clary has told us several things that would happen, and they have yet to be achieved. Every time I need to discuss things with *** Clarys ******************* we have to go in to see them, due to the lack of communication and returning calls. It is not our job to talk with the extended warranty, yet the only progress we have made on our vehicle is by telling the service department to call the Extended Warranty after we had already spoke with them and realized just how hard it is to get ahold of the Bud Clary ******************* We are very displeased in their services and our vehicle will not be going back.
