- Refund and Exchange Policy
Per our contract for services, No. 15... "I agree that the Training services agreed herein are non-transferrable and non-refundable, except as otherwise provided herein."
However, if someone registers online for a challenge, we will refund their registration fee and/or transfer to a future challenge at any date prior to the start of orientation week (the week before the challenge begins). At that point, it becomes non-refundable.
In regards to supplement sales, if a product is faulty and/or unfit for consumption, we will exchange or refund as requested.
