    Dear BBB,This company assured me in early 2021 that a $180 custom piece of glass I ordered in autumn of 2020 could stay there indefinitely, when I had various pandemic-related problems collecting it. They assured me in January 2021 that it was fine, that the glass was there, the fellow laughed and said it wasn't bothering anyone, that they hold it indefinitely. Today, when I am finally able to pick up this glass, the woman told me that it had been "disposed" of in March 2021. When I explained that I'd been told just in January that it was not a problem that it was waiting there, this woman, whose demeanor was highly unpleasant, said that it "wasn't a storage unit" and that it was my responsibility. When I asked her why no one had called me before they disposed of it. She had no answer: she just said she doesn't know, she's sure they did, and that she wasn't working there at that time. No one called us. We are home all day every day. If we didn't pick up once, we surely would have a second time. I can assure you -- if someone told me I should come to pick up my $180 piece of glass or they'd throw it away, I would have reacted.Today, I asked to talk to someone in charge. She said she was the manager. I asked to speak to someone who worked there previously, and she said that there was no one left -- that that department had undergone "major changes". I said if I never received the specially ordered glass, then I hope they refunded me. She said no. So they threw away my glass and happily kept my $180 without so much as picking up the phone and calling me. Unbelievably, she told me that I could order another piece! Never again. Whatever "changes" they made at this place are disastrous and I will advise everyone to steer clear of it. I am shocked. You can see from reviews elsewhere in the internet that the opinion of this old **************** are deteriorating.Thank you for your help.Sincerely,*********************************

    I would like to state that tacoma glass the owner guy calls everyone a lair when his company doesnt do the job right. The Manufacturer of the windows states dont use a Crowbar, to get the windows out of the cill and unplug the holes.And figure out how to take the chauking out of the weep holes that his company put in.In figure out how to straighten the windows that you put in that are not stright and when you go in there he scream your a lair

    Good Afternoon.
       I would like to clarify several things with ************ and his review ******. First off, we have never done any work for a ***********************, the address we installed windows in is: ***************** The owner is *****************************, this is who we completed the work for and who signed off, when work was completed.****************** paid for the work in full.
      I got involved in this, when ************ stopped by our office after we received no less than 20 calls from him.  Several times we went to the home of ****************** and at one time removed all the trim around her windows and added Vycor around the windows ( 4-inch vinyl sealer just to make sure there werent any issues had nothing to do with the installation of the windows)and replaced the trim. We also went to Ms. ******** home and cleaned out all the drains in the windows and removed a different color sealer that someone had added after we completed the project that actually sealed off the weep drains.  ************ stated we used the wrong sealer for this project, so he decided to seal the weep holes (drains) under the windows because he states they are leaking, but in fact the weep holes are added by ******** Windows in the factory.
        What we have found, and I dont like to say this, is the homeowner needs to clean the cat hair out of the tracks and weep holes at the bottom of all the windows. ( Im sorry, the home needs a better house cleaner)  Its up to the owner to take care of their home.
        *********** stated he called and talked to ******** Windows, and they supposedly stated we had installed the windows all wrong.  If you look at our past records, we have been around for 39 years and do house packages for several Power Companies, like Tacoma Power, ************ Light, **************, ****************** and thousands of customers homes.  ************ is the first to complain about anything and everything. In fact,when ************ stopped by my office, he had asked me to contact ******** Windows and stated they would tell me how I installed the windows wrong, I was shocked that he has contacted them in the warranty department many times and wrote them several emails stating I completed the project wrong. When in fact the warranty department at ******** stated they fielded several callsfrom ************ and had to finally forward the calls to managers and general managers of the warranty department because of the harassment of ************. What I had found out after talking to ******** Warranty Staff was there were NO REMARKS FROM THEM SAYING WE DID THE PROJECT INCORRECTLY. What ************ did is fabricate.
    a email with ********* name on it saying we did the project wrong, However,************ signed the bottom of the email.  No such email was ever sentfrom anyone at ********. I also asked ******** Windows if *********** had called them lately and

    they stated he calls weekly to get them to state we have installed the windows wrong. I asked ******** Windows, if they had heard from him lately and they said he did contact them stating we were going to use a crowbar to remove the window to clean the track out for him. That too is not true, what we use is a Flat Bar (otherwise putty knife ) to slide pass the rollers to remove the vent window out of the window to clean the cat hair and dirt out of the track for him.
       After talking to ******** Windows ************ called me the next day and stated that I called ******** Window the day before too asked if they told me I did something wrong on ****************** home. I stated I read the emails he had sent them, and nothing states we did anything wrong; they did say that ************ stated we were going to use a crowbar to remove the windows, again that was not true. The one time I had a chance to talk to ************ at our office, I took his info and told him I would contact ******** Windows. So, I know he was calling them to find out if I called.   ****** contacted me by phone and stated, I told you, you were wrong. I told him the calls to the warranty department had no such info as he had previously stated. *********** refused to hear what ********* ******************* told me and ************ decided to go thru the whole story again.  I stated he was a lair, and that I was not going to discuss this with ************ again. Then I hung up the phone.  I did receive one more call back from ************ and he stated he was going to turn me into the Better Business Bureau. We have never received a single call from the ****************** the owner of the home we installed the windows for.

       If the Better Business Bureau would like copies of the emails and several pictures we took and pictures that ************ took, I would be happy to forward all of them to your staff.
        Sometimes as a business owner no matter how hard you try you cannot please everyone; *********** will construct unbelievable phone calls and emails to prove he might know more than companies that do the work.
       We have come to the point we are no longer going to work with ************* After talking to ******** Windows, they too would like ************ to quit calling them and emailing them with harassing statements.
