I had made a reservation for the days inn through hotels.com for December 1rst 2022 to December 8th 2022. The room they gave me was filthy, there was noise obstructions most of the night. A *** said the loud people wouldnt be allowed to come back. They were there the next day, others that night caused noise obstructions. Even if Id switched rooms, I still wouldnt have been able to sleep. The *** lied about not allowing loud obnoxious people there on the property. Within less than 48 hours of staying there. I called hotels.com to ask to check out early and get my money back for the remainder of my stay. I left the morning of December 3rd and paid to put myself elsewhere. Days inn said Id have to speak with a manager to get my money back. When a manager is barely even there, the same gsr who lied to me deamed a decision that I couldnt get my money back. Which wasnt even their decision to make in the first place. Even hotels.com disagrees with the guest services person wrongly denying my refund. My bank has even disputed the charge and with my bank. I only have few days to keep proving I didnt stay at the days inn fully. I have expressed the fact to my bank and days inn, that if it isnt resolved rightfully I will try and *** to get my money back. It isnt possible I was in 2 places at once. A guest services person had no right to make a decision only resolved usually by management which obviously lacks at that *************** property. Please help me to get some resolution rightfully. I deserve my money back. I barely slept when there and the room was dirty.
