They are a father son team that seem to run a pricing scam. I was initially talking to the father who is the new electrician with my contractor who is very good and gave me his price rate as $100 per hour. He gave me the Dad's number and said to tell him I was his client and just book the appointment directly. After waiting almost 2 months he sent his son to put in 3 - three outlets and hang a ceiling lamp. He arrived at 9:45 to scope out the Job, had to go to ACE electric because he had come without any supplies. Then he came back and put in the three (3) outlets, but didn't have time to put in the ceiling lamp the way he said he needed to because he had another job but said he could come back and do it quickly another day, and left at 11:15 am. He never came back and a month later sent me a **** for $600 dollars for the three outlets. THEN I call his father to complain about the **** and HE tells me that THEY charge $250 for the first hour and $125 for the second. I remind him that I was a client of the contractor he worked for you quoted me $100 per hour and ACE Buck Electrics charges $105 and hour and the whole thing took less than 2 hours and the job wasn't even finished. He then asked me what I would pay and I said I would pay $400 for the whole job if it was finished. He agreed, but then his son said I had to pay for the previous $400 before he would come back and then he wanted to be paid again. for the lamp. I told him I would have cash there for him when he arrived but I wanted the job finished. That I wasn't paying another $250 and hour. He then said that he would only charge his hourly rate. THEY TALK OUT OF THE SIDE OF THEIR MOUTH. They can't be trusted. I did pay the **** off because I was sick and tired about the whole thing, and I didn't want to be accused of s******* them. BUT NEVER USE THESE GUYS - they claim to specialize in "Satisfied Customers" well I am ANYTHING BUT SATISFIED.
