Specifically, A-1 Transmission is displaying BBB's Accredited Business seal on its website, http://www.transmissiontacoma.net/. Use of BBB's seal may imply BBB Accreditation, although A-1 Transmission is not currently a BBB Accredited Business. 

            BBB's name and seals are federally registered trademarks owned by the International Association of Better Business Bureaus and may not be used without IABBB's express permission.  

            Despite written requests, as of March 17, 2023, A-1 Transmission continues to display BBB's Accredited Business seal. BBB has not received A-1 Transmission’s written assurance it will refrain from using BBB's seal in an unauthorized manner.

            They did not finish the work by the time they said. *** continued to say it would happen soon or have his workers try to defer me instead of actually do the job right. Once while I was talking to them I over heard how *** is being sued because the technician did put the hoses back on the engine tight enough and a car caught fire while driving. And *** himself said the woman was overreacting. I saw many OSHA violations as well just standing in their office. Stealing is leaking in all they did was put boards up and tarps. This place is a death trap and the workers are incompetent. Once I heard them making fun of another one of the workers saying rude things like oh his hygiene is terrible and they're going hahaha we're just joking to the guy. These people are rude and competent and incapable of doing anything right.
