Photographer acknowledges and agrees that they will provide the highest quality of customer service possible to Client to avoid service disruption and complications. Client acknowledges and agrees that Cancellation by Client with less than thirty (30) calendar days written notice will not result in a refund of any fees paid on or prior to the date of Cancellation by Client, but instead a credit will be applied for future services equal to the amount paid by Client.
Additionally, there will be no refunds issues to Client on day of services being provided. Any images captured by Photographer, upon Client cancellation, will be immediately edited and delivered to Client in a reasonable time frame. Refunds will additionally not be applicable to any services meeting the following criteria: i) Client is not communicative as per section 3.4 of the signed contract, ii) Conflicts and/or complications with Client, associates of Client, or venue management is not cooperative which results in unsatisfactory Work Product as per section 3.5 and 3.6 of the contract, iii) Conditions or circumstances not related to Photographer causing Unsatisfactory Work Product, including but not limited to poor weather conditions, limited workspace at venue not previously disclosed to Photographer, working environment that limits the performance capabilities of Photographer producing Unsatisfactory Work Product.- Business Categories
