- Refund and Exchange Policy
A course participant is required to cancel a course at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the course start time to receive a course credit valid for one (1) year. No cash refunds will be issued. Notice of course cancellation must be submitted by email to [email protected] or voicemail by calling 1-877-488-9990. A course participant using an employer promo code to register for a course must ensure the course is a direct requirement of their current assigned position to avoid being personally responsible for course tuition. A Physician's note documenting acute illness or injury will excuse improper course cancellation. All course materials sales are final. Refunds will be issued for damaged course materials only.
