I called the pest control company because of squirrels nesting in my chimney. They required me to sign a contract and give them a credit card before they would send out a technician. When they sent out their technician, he informed me that the company could not, in fact, assist me with my chimney and would instead try to trap animals at the ground level. I called the office to get an explanation of why they would send someone out if they would not address the chimney. The office told me that they were confident that they could catch the squirrels at ground level. No squirrels were ever caught. And they charged me for two ************. They came and got the traps before the end of the period for which they were supposed to be here when I complained about the extra charges. I would like a full refund since the company never addressed the problem that I called about and did not tell me that they did not deal with chimneys until after I signed their contract and gave them my credit card j formation. That is false advertising and false representation. I would never have signed a contract with them for services if they had told me that they would only trap at ground level.

******* has completely distorted the facts of this event. On every phone call we take about trapping where an animal is accessing the roof we tell people up front that we don't set traps on the roof, that we set the traps on the ground where the animals forage for food. ******* did indeed voluntarily sign a contract that gives ** permission to come onto her property and trap. The contract further explains all of our costs in detail with full transparency. In addition, we explain in great detail to all of our customers that our traps need to be checked daily. If we check them we will charge a service visit Of $175.00. If the customer checks the traps and calls us by 8AM of the same day they avoid the service call. We explain this includes weekends. If we don't receive that phone call we have to check the traps. ******* signed the contract and agreed to her responsibility to call in the trap status. She did not call on Saturday or Sunday and did not return calls to voice messages that were left. We had to check the traps on Saturday and Sunday so a service visit fee (per the signed contract) was charged for each day. I have included the signed contract for your viewing. We established traps on Wednesday May 3rd. The 6th and 7th is when ******* did not call in trap status or return calls to voice messages left. Monday morning ******* call the office and I answered. She was "unpleasant" from the outset of the call demanding the charges be reversed. When I held my ground and told her the charges were valid she started yelling threats that she would report this and hung up on me. I sent my technician to her house to pull the traps to avoid any further issues with *******. ******* called back later that morning to complain about the charges that were on her credit card and the traps being pulled. During that conversation ******* started swearing and dropped the *** bomb on me. At that point I hung up on her. She called back immediately and I answered again. I told her if she couldn't talk to me respectfully without swearing then we were not going to have a conversation. She again started yelling and threating to report this incident. I told her she was free to report this to whomever she wanted and she hung up on me again.

I am rejecting this response because I was not told that they would not address the squirrels in my chimney prior to signing the contract. Again, I told them where the squirrels were and they did NOT advise that they would not be willing to go onto the roof.

I appreciate that the business would like to paint me in a poor light and conveniently leaves out that the company came and got the traps prior to the end of the contract without advising me it was doing so and without issuing any automatic refund for the breach of the terms of the agreement. Additionally, they leave out the insults that were made by the manager and the fact that the business hung up on me when I called to inquire about the charges that I specifically did not authorize.

I am waiting on a full refund or I will file in small claims court.

      Sincerely,
      *******************************

******* makes mention of ending the contract before the end date. The contract clearly states the length of trapping is "Undetermined". There was no breach on our part but there was on ********'s part as she refused to call in the trap status per the contract and incurred weekend services charges for Saturday and Sunday for our service tech driving to her property to check traps. As far as hanging up on *******, I did after she dropped several *** bombs on me during our phone conversation. I will do that to anyone who swears at me on the phone especially with the *** bombs. I was not rude on the phone, ******* started the conversation by yelling at me because of the charges and escalated from there ending by swearing at me at which I hung up on her. ******* called us to make use of our knowledge and skill gained from years of trapping not to tell us where she thought we should trap. If she knew more than us about trapping why did she call in the first place? This entire situation is completely precipitated by the Saturday and Sunday charges that ******* thinks she shouldn't have to pay because she didn't honor her part the signed contract. The charges that stand are the charges for trap set up and the Saturday and Sunday trap checks. These charges are valid and will stand with no refund.

I disputed a mole service charge because their methods did not work and ********* never returned my call. I disputed the charge of $278 in October ********************************** the amount. Three months later on January 7, 2023, ********* used my credit card number without authorization to resubmitted the disputed charge is was credited ($278), and today I contacted my credit card to reverse the charges and to change my credit card company so that dishonest companies like ********* will not use my credit card number without authorization.

Mole removal/extermination services was requested on October 6. The methods did not solve the problem. They used gas fumes and a back up method of placing caster oil grains. The technician was at my property for 30 minutes and charged $250 plus tax. Everyday after treatment mole hills appeared for a week for which I had to set up my own mole traps on October 14. I contacted ******* Pest Control to notify them of the problem through their website form but I did not receive a reply from the company. I have attached two photos. One is of the new mole hills that appeared after treatment, and the second photo is of the traps I had to set up because the treatment that ******* Pest Control used did not work.
