4 starsThe product worked took away all pain from arthritis. Only problem I had was lowered my blood pressure way to low and ate up all the iron in my ********* now have to go to blood doctor to get iron back up. Guess it's back to living in pain Just be careful if you use it.Review fromElizabeth C

We purchased a one-month supply for my husband, who has back pain. He took the pills faithfully for a month, ~ nothing changed for him.I called their customer service line and canceled the repeat order before it shipped. Unfortunately, they do not tell you you have to call a different number in order to get your refund. So, we had to eat the original cost of $20.00

1 starAfter reading all these negative reviews I decided not order! It should tell you something if-1. The company has an average of 2 stars out of 5 2. 5 starsI'm in my late 50's, practice a healthy lifestyle, but have suffered both osteoarthritis (knees/low back) and rheumatoid arthritis (hands/wrists, hereditary). I have tried MANY "natural" joint pain supplements and prescribed medications (topical and oral, along with hyaluronic and steroid shots for my knees/back) just to ease joint pain...until I tried Relief Factor as recommended by a relative. I can unequivocally highly recommend Relief Factor in its effectiveness in relieving me of my joint pain (pretty much all). Yes, it is pricey and a little cumbersome in the beginning (with 3 packets<12pills> to start, then tapering down to 2 packets/day), but the results are quite remarkable. Like most people, I fell prey to a lot of advertising on "best" joint pain supplements, and I've tried most of them. But nothing worked as well as Relief Factor (I did an experiment where I took RF for 3 months, stopped and taken 5-star rated supplements recommended online. The result was eye opening...RF was still the best for me and my body). With regular exercise, healthy diet and a dose of Relief Factor daily, I can now walk, climb stairs, bicycle and do activities that were otherwise painful to do or am limited from participating because of pain. I have also postponed a recommended knee replacement (both knees) by my physician for about a year now. Very happy with RF...the inconvenience of taking many pills/day and the subscription cost is a small price to pay considering the relief and quality of life I now have.Review fromChris C

1 starThe fat p**** in commercial whining about back pain for a year is full of shit! " I took it 3 times a day for 3 weeks" and a year of back pain is gone from some silly powder. The guy is a little b**** and obviously didn't have any back pain that kept him from working, but found the golden parachute to claim he is better so he can return from his BS absence from work. This guy looks like a jelly doughnut and sounds like a real b**** This is who ypi want to convince people to buy your crap? You know it's BS because you can't make false claims, but it's ok to let a moron make false claims because you can't be sued. Your product is c*** and you know it!!!Review fromBradley B

1 starIll bet $100 he never went back to work. Relief Factor should really try to get more believable testimonials other than people who are trying to get a free ride off the backs of the working class to promote their products. 4 starsI was sceptical at first after trying over the counter meds and couple supplements. But with painful shoulders I tried relief factor. Didn't notice much first week but after two weeks taking only twice daily I notice a significant difference. A new shipment is being sent out this week and I'll continue with it. After that I have to make a decision whether I want to spend the 90 bucks a month for relief factor plus shipping and tax or live with the pain. It's not cheap, but pain isn't something I care to live with at 76 years old.
