This is registerer of a company *********, which sells personal information. I have tried to have this company remove my information many many times. However this company does not want to assist in having the information removed. I received a email form the company stating that they could not complete my request due to me being a bot. However I requested over the months for them to remove my information. I have reported them to LA attorney general and I will also seek legal action due to this company defiling the **** laws.

I wish to transfer a domain I own to another company and I have been unable to get a working EPP code from this company to do so. I have provided screenshots and evidence that the codes they have given me are not valid, showing this from multiple third party sites. I have been on the phone with their support and walked them through this, but they have not helped me only told me they were passing my case onto someone else. At this point in time my ************ seem to be to pay them forever or let my domain expire.

Hostgrid uses fine print to state that after the inital year they will automatically renew at a higher rate. However, they also send no renewal notice, no communication whatsoever until moments after they charged me for almost 3x the original rate. I have never experienced an above-board subscription to anything that didn't send a renewal approaching date. At least for a heads up if not to opt out. Host Grid sent nothing. I contacted them, they replied with a form response stating that they would reply. I then opened a claim with paypal trying to get at least the difference in rates refunded. HostGrid sent email regarding their fine print. I was completely unaware of as it is hidden at the very bottom of their website that you have to scroll down to find. I replied that I was upset and wanted a refund. ******** replied, saying they were "Surprised" that i was unhappy and went on to tell me how great a company they are and offered me extras for my account but no refund. I said no, I felt taken advantage of and I wanted my money back. Hostgrid cheerfully replied that they had just gone ahead and added all the extras that i didn't want. No offer of refund. After repeatedly telling them that this whole interaction was feeling like fraud and I was uncomfortable, they finally told me they would process the refund if I cancelled the paypal claim. I instantly felt uncomfortable and asked why. They replied that the refund would fail in the payment gateway. That makes no sense, as paypal states in their resolution center not to close your dispute claim until the money is back in your account. If payments were unable to be made while a claim is open Paypal would state that. It does not. They also told me to wait 48 hours after canceling the claim and then contact them again to see about a refund. This is all feeling very shady. ******** has not replied to the Paypal claim and have not replied to my last email in which I stated I would not close the claim.

Enom, LLC, the registrar for www.npinumberlookup.org, has posted an unauthorized profile for me on their website that contains my personal contact information (specifically, the address for a residence that I used to live at, a phone number, and a fax number). Additionally, they have me listed as a PT, ATC (physical therapist, athletic trainer), but I have not practiced for over 20 years so that information is inaccurate and also list an NPI number that has been deactivated. I have submitted a request asking them to remove my personal information from their database and the profile from their website, but I have not received a response from them.

I filed a complaint with enom.com, which is the Registrar on record for the site westernjournal.com, as I have been receiving large volumes of spam/abusive email from westernjournal.com.Enom.com states on their web site: "Enom has a zero tolerance policy for spam and a public track record of responsively and responsibly taking action when we discover spam from domains registered or hosted with us."And yet not only has that abuse report not stopped the massive volumes of spam/abusing email, but that volume of spam/abusive email has even increased.I fear this spam/abusive email is being used for computer trespass, as I've also been receiving even more spam/abusive email from other companies affiliated with westernjournal.com.I have tried unsubscribing from those spam/abusive emails, using the links provided in those emails, but that has also resulted in even more spam/abusive emails. Thus I am filing this complaint against enom.com as it is there ultimate responsibility, as the Registrar on record, to stop any spam/abusive emails originating from their Registrants.I would like contact by enom.com confirming that they have taken action with westernjournal.com to ensure this spam/abusive emailing will stop.

Ordered ******** of ******* 2.0 program for $1,497.00. The course was not as described, hundreds or more people have the exact same landing page. The landing page has misspelled words, is not professional, the counter to register for courses does not work, the terms and conditions page references www.scam-scanner.com, which is not a valid website. Everything about this program is a scam. I have found no one that has successfully received a refund. ****** of ******* 2.0 is not complaint with ******** either. In addition to the $1,497, I have spend over $900 on ads. I am requesting a refund of $1,497 plus $900 for ad spend, for a total of $2,397.

i host my website w/ them. i'm paid thru 8/7/21.for renewal have to add money but they only allow $25 minimum. my fee was for $13.50/year,but since that was under $25 i decided to add $27 for 2 years, which i didn't even want. they charged a %5 cc fee.then my balance was $25.25 which was not enough to complete the renewal. i can't add only $2. so i decided to get a refund of $27 and redid charge with $29. however, when i asked for a refund tech was rude and told me i didn't read the fine print and he won't give me a refund for my $27 and i have to keep my balance of $54 which i don't want b/c don't want to continue with this company after this! they threatened to shut down my website if i contacted the cc company to reverse only the charge of $27. this business operates with deceptive tactics and i find it so unethical that they can't offer a refund 3 min after a mistake purchase. want refund of $56 and keep my site thru 8/7/21 (already paid) i feel taken advantage of and bullied

I was listed as a contact for a domain through this website. I have told them several times to remove my name/email from the contact information as I have not worked for the employer that had that domain for over 2 years. They refuse and told me to contact my old employer. Due to legal reasons we are not allowed to contact each other as I followed a lawsuit against them. This company (Enom) refuses to remove my name/email and continuously send me emails and contact me regarding this domain even after several requests to remove my info. I want my info removed from that account immediately.

I have purchased 300 domain names from ENOM's BulkRegister during past 15 years, with ~ $50, 000 in fees.Late in 2020 during Corona, ENOM without my permission, consent, or adequate notice (after 15 years, I needed 1 year Notice)... transferred the account to its subsidiary Hover. In transferring the account, ENOM failed to transfer full account settings and BANK information to its subsidiary. As a results, the subsidiary failed to (a) use the funds already with ENOM to review the domain names when they come due, and (b) withdraw funds from the financial institution on the account when more funds is needed. I needed 1 year NOTICE to find a suitable company with acceptable RATES, FACILITIES, BUSINESS PROCEDURES, REPUTATION, etc. As a result, ENOM's Hover lost 100 of my 300 domain names purchased over the past 15 years. I contacted ENOM by phone and email. It promised escalating but closed the case instead. I need it to contact me & restore ALL thelost domains.
