On February 19th I was looking for a garage door company online after my garage door opener started acting up and the remotes stopped working. I spoke to **** from IDoor LLC, told him my issue and he said hed have a tech come out next day. Today, February 20th, the tech showed up and I told him the issues. He came in a red van, grabbed a ladder and took a s**** driver to my garage door opener and tightened one s**** He was there 5 minutes. He said all fixed. I was baffled and told him what about my key fobs, arent you going to fix them. He said no, I dont have any and **** was it. When I asked how much I owed thinking it would be a minimal cost, since NOTHING got done, he told me I owed $99. He wouldnt take a credit card and told me I had to pay by *****. And no receipt was offered or provided. Because nothing was done other than tightening a screw, I had to call another company to come out and fix the issue and replace the opener same day and pay another company more to fix the job correctly. This is wrong and a business shouldnt do this to customers. I will never recommend this business to anyone I know.
