  On February 22, 2024 and February 23, 2024 out of the blue I started to receive unsolicited emails (See Example in attached PDF document) from a website called Brain Candy (www.braincandy.com) dba Rewali Inc who I have never signed up for. I have never been a fan of quizzes so this is nothing that would interest me.After unsubscribing TWICE and receiving Unsubscribe Confirmations in both cases saying I had been removed from their list (see Exhibit A) I continued to receive emails. As a result I used their help form (see EXHIBIT B) asking to be removed from their system and never received a reply.Next I reviewed their HELP page to obtain an email address to obtain support and determined that ********************************** is the email address that should be used (see Exhibit C) which is the same contact information shown on their recently updated POLICIES webpage and throughout their website and sent them an email message asking that my personal details be removed from their system and to ensure that I am unsubscribed (see Exhibit D) and received a silly reply (see *********) saying that they "do not staff customer support personnel" signed by the Co-********* ****************** advising people that if they want to change their communication preferences to do so in their settings.This concerns me because I do NOT have an account with them.Please note that although their website POLICIES webpage indicates their mailing address is in ********, ********** the footer on their Daily Quiz emails makes it appear as though they are coming from ********, *******.I am reaching out to the BBB to ensure that I am unsubscribed from Brain Candy and receive no further contact from them or their associates.

  Please find another PDF file titled "Brain Candy - MORE EXHIBITS".  I heard back from the Brain Candy team at www.braincandy.com.  As you can see in the attached they aren't the ones sending out those daily quizzes, instead those are coming from a completely different company with a very similar name called www.braincandy.net.

  Good news though, it appears the UNSUBSCRE option at the bottom of the quiz messages finally worked.  The last quiz I received was on Saturday, February 24, 2024 and as of Sunday I am no longer receiving them.

  Please close this complaint but if you need more information or I start receiving them again I will be sure to let you know.

  Nice to know that we can count on the BBB in our communities.

  I have an update for you. 

  Although it appeared as though I had stopped receiving quizzes, as you can see by my lasted PDF file, as the title suggests "Brain Candy - Evidence that I started recieving quizzes again.pdf", after a couple of days without seeing one of these annoying messages in my inbox, they have started up again.  I have Unsubscribed yet again for the 4th time but have little confidence that they will stop.

  These messages seem to becoming from Trivia Today, LLC - *****************************************************************;      

  For what it's worth looking back at my original complaint made it appeared as though the messages were not coming from Washington (which they confirmed) but rather oriiginating from ********, ******* but the footer on today's quiz makes it appear as though they are coming from *****, ********.

  Clicking on the Privacy Policy at the bottom of today's quiz email message, take you to the following page but doesn't seem to be a mechanism to contact them for support...

  But clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE link in the email provides a different set of screens from what I originally sent as shown in todays attachment titled "Brain Candy - Unsubscribed again but a different screen appears.PDF"

  Hopefully these stop soon, but I am not holding my breath.

  I updated my complaint this morning on your website with a couple of PDF files but wanted to send you actual examples of the quizzes I first started to receive from ***************************************** on February 24,
  2024 showing a mailing address of Brain Candy, **************************** Suite #***, ********, **, ***** on February 22, 2024... along with the new one that started coming today February 27, 2024 from ********************************* with a mailing address of Trivia Today LLC, *************************************************************
  
  In each case they are both advertising the same book club (BookBub) and both are using ********** to include other advertising with unsubscribe links that appear not to work and no support personal to deal with concerns.
  
  Again, I have never subscribed to any website associated with books in any way, shape or form.
