Terrible company. When to try to cancel your service they make you jump through hoops filling out multiple forms and requiring codes from the company. They make it impossible to cancel in the hope that you will keep paying. Avoid this company.

SCAM. Their alarm monitors never worked. Prepaid 3 years. Wrote it off as a loss. 3 years later they start sending me bills and wont cancel the service THAT THEY NEVER PROVIDED. Awful, scam. AVOID!!!

The five star reviews are given discounts of their service.RUN Cancel Now I tried for 1 year. Had 1 break in no notice no police were dispatched. I walked in on the thief who pulled a gun on me and tied me up. Called to cancel was switched to a voicemail I left my account and requested cancellation. I got a harassing call demanding $1700 or they will ruin my credit. Hired and attorney and reported to State Attorney.

Run Fast, Run Far, Run Far Far Away. Didn't call when alarm activated on several occasions. Didn't notify me when they up graded equipment and mine wasn't working for several months. Impossible to cancel. Refurbish fees for equipment 30 days old and in pristine condition. Let contract run out. Called to cancel and was told I had to pay for 1 month service to cancel. Never got my refund, Emails and calls went unanswered. Promises were not kept. Contacted attorney generals in two states. They requested correspondence from them relative to my claims. The company did not respond to the requests. You have been warned. STAY AWAY!

Terrible service. Unreliable connectivity with frequent issues, and horrible service experience when you need help. The worst is should you decide to cancel - they make you jump through so many hoops (phone calls, fill out online forms, call back for a secret code, wait 5 days for a confirmation that never arrives, etc)all while they continue to charge your account for service. Its a complete scam. If youre dissatisfied with your experience they connect you to the Company President which rings to a voicemail, that in my case was never returned. I strongly recommend seeking service elsewhere.

I have been with Alarm monitoring services since 2012, and have had no issues whatsoever. They provide an excellent service at a cheaper rate than most companies. They have some rules to follow in their contract and if you do you should have no problems.

If theres a zero rating, i would give it to them especially to Mr. ***************** who absolutely didnt have any manners at all, hungs up the phone and presses the numbers while youre talking to him. We paid more than a year without getting informed properly that the transmitter was not working hence not monitored. They said they did inform us but they only sent their regular monthly invoice with a bold zero balance and the information at the very end of the email which you wont even read once you see the big bold zero balance invoice. It says that our transmitter already reached its end of life having been installed more than 10 yrs ago in 12/2011. We just learned that we were not being monitored when we had to change the credit card on their file and decided to cancel but they gave as a hard time and we spent almost the whole day to cancel. They said we have to return the broken transmitter that was leased more than ************************************************************ describing what needs to be returned. After 3 months they sent us an overpriced **** of ****** non-return of an 11 yrs broken transmitter with replacement cost supposedly ***** only even though we paid a security deposit of ***** for non-return as stated on the initial installation **** in 2011. I finally was able to get a picture of what needs to be returned from Mr. ***** and upon return, we still got an invoice of 80 dollars (35 refurbishing+ 15 x 3 months lease). I emailed back that we should get refunded ***** after the return because we had a security deposit but in return, they sent another invoice with additional 10 dollars. Then the following day this company sent another invoice for additional charges. Again, still not deducting the ***** security deposit we paid in 2011. We just paid the invoice just to stop them from harassing us because they are not worth the stress but definitely we will report them to the **** of consumer affairs where they had a class action suit in2012.
