    Website offers a 7 day free trial for $1. It does not indicate anywhere that Customers will be charged $20 for a monthly renewal afterwards. And without notice, they charge your card. I went into my account and tried to cancel my subscription to avoid future charges. Their portal does not have this capability. You need to reach out their customer support e-mail only (no number). And they will keep charging the card. I had to get a new CC from my provider. All the complaints are similar. This website is stealing from customers. They should be shut down. These are illegal practices.

    I never signed up for AutoPeek. So Im not understanding why they are charging my card *****.

    Charged my credit card and I never made a transaction. Now they will not cancel. They don't even have a phone number.

    This company offered a report on automobile. I received no report. It offered a 7-day trial membership. I tried to cancel membership, the site would not let me. I selected the option to remove my debit card (in the name of "*********************************" - my daughter). The company has continued to charge my debit card in the amount of $19.99 three times on 2/17/2024, 3/17/2024, 4/17/2024 for a total charge thus far of $59.97. I have tried to contact the company multiple times through a contact form on their website to get membership canceled and a refund for charges. I have received no response. I have sent multiple messages via contact form again today and I have tried to remove debit card again today. I am going to have to cancel my debit card due to this company's lack of communication and fraudulent charges. I am seeking a total refund from this company in the amount of $59.97.

    This company claimed to be $1.00 but then a week later took $27.68 from my account which I had my bank reverse and cancel my card to prevent any other transactions.

    Autopeek.com. hid potential ongoing $19.99 monthly charges they planned to automatically charge my credit ******** repeatedly attempted to contact them via their support email, website message page, credit card provided phone number, etc to request the refund & immediate stop/cancel/prevent any future charges or affiliation with their bogus company. They provide NO useful information that isn't free & readily available UNLIKE Carfax
