We will never intentionally mis-represent an item. As a collectibles business, much of our inventory is not 'new, out of the box' unless otherwise stated. If, we fail to divulge critical aspects of an item, we will refund in full plus any return shipping charges within 14 days of purchase.
Precious Metals are traded as 'New', unless otherwise stated. Sometimes minor damage can occur during handling. It is strongly recommended to inspect your purchase upon receipt of said item. If a customer purchased 'New' and is unhappy with the condition of a Precious Metal item, call to return it. We will replace said item at no additional charge, if received within 14 days of purchase.
