I see an ad for the cost of $67, start your own business, an e-commerce store in as little as 3 days, with little effort, 5-10 hrs a week, small investment, start bringing in passive income. Earn income while you sleep. I called them, Xceed Media *******************************, ************ on 9/7/2023, once again they retold the above story, added in open mindedness, be teachable, have capital leverage and be a decision maker. I was told I needed a business account, line of credit, 2 credit cards with limits as high as $15,000. I started talking with Xceed Media employees *************************, ************. Senior Director *********************** ************, account manager ******************* ************, initial investment $67.00, then$12,500 for the "Platinum E-commerce Website", then 9/27/2023 $4000.00 and 9/28/2023 $2000.00 = $6000.00 for their Digital Ad Pack with QR Code, Social Branding and a Virtual Business Card Fulfillment Pros, LLC **************************************************************************************** ************, *****************************, Administrtive Assistant, **************************************************, $6500.00 and the $49.99 per month after, for "Stage IV Marketing Package", the "Forever Package" signed 10/25/2023, ************************** Warhead Website Support ************ ************************** Marketing Support ************ **************************** ************** Support ************************ A new computer solely for this business from Best Buy $1007.98. Doba $127, then $400. Paper and Ink $350. About $5000 more in other items I have all receipts. Can send them when needed. There is a website with limited items on there, the bare minimum to get by. No sales. They hound you and hound you to purchase this package. They quilt trip you into it. I have not contacted the company as of yet, I had almost completely given up on it when a friend suggested looking them up further and this led me to here. I just want my money back, $33,025.45. Thats it, I will be done with them.

I was contacted while at work today from someone, possibly, **** from Fullfillment Pros, claiming I have not been online since Dec 2023, which I have, I have logged into my store and, added product and deleted product, rearranged things, and also had appointments with ********************* and ********* since then. He told me to stop doing this. I told him that they have not done what I was told from Fullfillment Pros and Xceed Media, would happen within 6-7 days, making money and be in the top search engines, which neither has happened. he then got mad at me and hung up on me. I tried to call back but he would not answer. That's borderline harassment. I would just like a full refund, wish I could be paid for all the wasted time I won't get back.

At the onset of Xceeds letter, there was an ad on ********* a lady from *******, **, $67 course to build your business. I entered the info, my name and phone number and was contacted by Xceed Media the next day. They would call me relentlessly until they received money from me. If calls were recorded, there is a call between my "account manager" *******************, with us arguing because my credit card would not let it go through, that should have been my first red flag, but after calling the credit card company the next day it went through. On page 17 is a screenshot of "my" Warhead with numbers showing how many visits the site has had, and so on, when I was able to log into ******* prior to 3/18/2024, as of tonight 3/20/2024, I cannot log into ******* at all, all those numbers were zeros on my end, never had any numbers at all.  They  also made reference to a sale, that was not through them, I could not get any answers from **** on exactly how to process a purchase so I went and placed an order to figure out how it worked, in case any sales came through. When I said limited, I understand that was on my end to obtain product, I was referring to the website being very limited. I have not seen any ads.  I was told in 6-7 days I would be making money, thats not been the case. When on the phone, they would call me non stop as long as there was money to be taken for this package or that upgrade. I have spoken to my "account manager" ******************* twice since Sept 2023. Call backs from anyone else take at least a week if not more.  My complaint does have merit, I paid ALOT of money to this company and the others that they guided me to and there has not been anything at all remotely worth the price. I want them to refund ALL the money, especially, since I no longer have my "lifetime" access to Warhead and my "store". So now what I paid for was taken from me, now I am out $33,025.45, from Xceed and everyone associated with them, my "store" is no longer assessable. I have attached some emails from them, I could only attach 5 but I will send more.

I am rejecting this response because: *********** I "contracted" states that I focused on prices, these were what I was charged through them and then where they sent me to get this next package. Any money spent on with business was due to them sending me there. If these calls were recorded, Then they should have the "training" I received from the trainers **** and ********, where any question I asked was answered with either, 1. ummmm.....uh huh, yep.....ok, let's move on or 2. that's not my department, I only work in social media, and to also add that my professional team, one of them always seemed to have their baby crying in the background, so much so one time we had to end our call because the baby would not stop. So, no I disagree, I have not received my moneys worth for what I paid. I was taken advantage of, I had the credit to open the cards they insisted I obtain for this business. I did as I was asked, but I bet all those calls were not recorded. Otherwise there is a recording of myself and my account manager arguing about the $6000 "upgrade" as they claim, I was not satisfied with anything after a month in, after the initial $12,500, **** is arguing with me that I must not want this to succeed if I wasn't willing to fork out the next $6000 for advertising bs, I wanted to know why they needed that amount of money in such a short period of time. Where's that recorded call? These people knew I was in a vulnerable spot, my wife had passed away 7/21/22, leaving me to raise 2 young boys, I was looking for ways to be able to be home with them more, this seemed like the perfect opportunity, I was led to believe with a small fraction of time, small investment, I would have a business up and running in as little as 7 days, that did not happen. On the Sept 7 2023 contract and invoice, they do not even have my name correct on their contract, they had me as ***************************, that went on for awhile until I changed it on my spread sheet. Is that even a valid contract then at this point? If they are claiming I am to late, for their 6 month clause, which wouild have been March 7, 2024, I filed this March 18, 2024, that then leaves the Oct 5, 2023 purchase that falls in their timeline. This company has false advertisment, employees that are unable to help with your business, the test order they claim they did is a lie. I did that order on my own without their assistance, I used my credit card, I purchesed the item and have the 2 person hammock here at my house, they had nothing to do with it, when I was last able to log in to my "warhead" business account, 3/18/2024, there were absolutely no numbers on the page in their email showing the "traffic" to my site, I believe they are falsifying thes papers to suit their needs. The bottom line is then, this company Xceed Media, owes me $18,500, I would like a refund in full. I no longer can acsess my account through "warhead" to get into manage my store, they locked me out, so now not only am I out money they have taken the business I paid them alot of money to build.

    Sincerely,

Good morning, I am responding to an email I received that stated there was a response from Xceed Media and I had 7 calendar days to respond. I have opened every correspondence multiple times and I am not seeing any response from them other than the letter they responded with on 3/19/2024. Therefore, I am unsure of what to respond to. I want my money back from these people, I could have done what they did to "build" my website by myself for a small cost versus the over $33,000.00 and counting with interest to date that they have gotten out of me by convincing me that I need it to further my business. They are a sham, I have read all the other complaints and all are pretty much the same. The only positive ones are more than likely fake. I am most upset with myself for falling for this and allowing them to take money from myself and my children during a very vulnerable period in my life, my wife had just passed away on 7/21/2022, and I was trying to find ways to work that would allow me more time with my children. They fed on this and said all the correct things I needed to hear to justify putting myself into debt. They should not be in business. Then to top it off, the business that I "own", the website, I can no longer get into it. The company Xceed Media has now stolen what they called my business.
So if I missed something please let me know and I will look for it.

    Thank You,

    Complaint: 21447347

I am rejecting this response because: I still believe I am due a refund from Xceed Media. When this started, yes, I clicked on their link to find out what it was about. I will admit, I am naive when it comes to computers and such, I just really learned how to send an email. So when this started, the min they got my phone number, they were calling me all the time, between *******************, my account manager, whom if all calls are recorded as they claim, they will have the call I have referenced before of us arguing about the $12,500, and him telling me I should get a computer solely for this business and if I could not get one they would send me one. I took it upon myself to purchase my own instead of one through them. Then there were constant calls, 2-3 times a day, from ****, ****, ****,********, ****, and I might have missed a few, as long as there was money to be given to them for their "services". Every dime spent was because Xceed Media suggested it, to help better my business. ******************* $12,500, to build a website, which I wouldn't know how to sabotage even if I wanted to and no longer have access to, as whoever wrote their last response (there was no name), and then to ****, he was in advertising, I gave him $6,000, he told me it was for advertising, to get me to the top of ******* to make my sight seen, and none of that has happened, and once again where are these calls that they recorded? They can send them in and we can all revisit it. So if Xceed wants to say, "in no way is Xceed responsible for additional costs ********************** decided to take on such a a new laptop, paper, ink etc and it is ridiculous to assume that Xceed would somehow be responsible for these costs." Then refund the money I paid directly to you. I would like a full refund of $18, 500 from Xceed Media. Xceed delivered a site, that I thought I bought and own, but now they say "with regards to ********************** not being able to access the website, this is true as user access was temporarily removed until this issue is resolved and to protect against ********************** sabotaging the website and design. Once these matters are resolved and should ********************** decide he wants to resume his program, user access would be reinstated." I feel I was locked out of my account, because they had told me that no one was to know about their Warhead site, as far as anyone was concerned it did not exist. So they lock me out, I can't get proof of any lies they have said, for instance the amount of traffic my site had had. So what does resuming my program cost? It will probably have a hefty price tag at this point in time. The bottom line is, I was told one thing, what they wanted me to hear as long as there was money involved, since I sent this complaint on 3/18/2024 I was contacted 1 time, I added that in a previous response, on that call I was told to stop this, and we had a brief discussion and I was then hung up on. Since then, there has not been ANY emails from ANYONE at Xceed, I also have no missed calls, no voicemails, no texts or any other form of communication from them other than this involving the BBB. I ask that Xceed Media refunds my $18,500 and we can agree to go our separate ways. As it stands, their paper contract and the tactics used by their employees to make a sale are way different, the recorded calls will show  that, but they have them. I was decieved, taken advantage of, due to the fact they knew I was a newly widowed single father of 2 boys, and now they are being once again called out on it and they do not want to admit fault. I will admit it, I was an idiot for contacting them, believing in what they sold me and what the outcome should be. I have enclosed screenshots of my ****** analytics, showing the sites traffic and revenue, far different than what Xceed claimed in their first email.

    Sincerely,

    *****************************

I have tried on several different numbers I have and have not got a response from them. This is really bad business or a scam ,all I know is it is that in the 3 months I tried to make money they talked me out of ***** in credit card debit that I have to go to debit relief program.  I guess I will have to go to this company in person and try to recover some of my money ,if they are really there, I see that you have  complaints from other people and they got back some of their money

I am rejecting this response because:  See attached documentation and their resolution is to leave me high and dry with $2,000 of the $10,000 they had me to sign up with their business with no more help.  I told them the training was overwhelming and I could not do it.  I'm a senior on social security and can't make payments needed with the credit cards they helped me get.  They had no concern for my ***** or ability to do the program.  I do have more explanation if I'm allowed to give at a later time.I believe you said 7 days because I'm jus seeing this today.

Attached are texts I received from 2 different representatives.  My claim # is 21409719

I sent to to the Attorney General (My file # with them is 664219:

    RE:  Complaint by *******************************

I wanted to respond to the what Xceed Media Group sent in response to my compliant.  I don't remember if I sent you want they said.  I'm just overwhelmed by all of this.  Let me know if I need to send.  Thanks

    1.  I did talk to them and they wanted to offer me a partial refund of $2,000 of the $10,000 that they charged me for the program, with no more help
This leaves me to pay for a program that I can no longer do anything with.  I told them in the beginning that I couldnt afford anything extra but they         didnt care they just wanted another person in their program whether they could do it or not.  They assured me that the program would be complete in  time before any payments were due.  First payments were due the first week of February and Ive had to struggle to make payment then and in March  And will have to in April.

    2.  My complaint to the Washington BBB has not been closed, I talked to them today, March 26, 2024.  I will be sending them addition information.  There has been other complaints to the BBB with people saying the same thing about their tactics

    3.  I originally sent notice of cancellation to the company the next day after signing agreement and they called me back and talked me into trying the program, stating its simple; everything will work out; you dont have to worry about making any payments; youll be up and running in no time.  I felt pressured to  try the program and he said if I didnt like it I will have no problem cancelingagain..  The only problem with that is he knew I wouldnt know anything in 3 days.

    4. My first training was December 22, 2024.  At this time I didnt know too much about the business and they had told me I need the $2,000 for a Digital Ad pack which I needed to promote business and I agreed because Im thinking this will help the business. It had not been but a week and a half and I had only had 3 sessions, still didnt know that much, it was basically for setting up the business, getting name, EIN, niche, etc.

    5.  I told them I had no capital to use and they helped me get the credit cards and lead me to use most of the limit on both cards to do their business. They even tried to see if I had more money ($2000 more), but there was nothing. I found this program through an Ad" but now I cant find the ad, how else did I find out about it!  I had to pay $67 to get information, the ad said you could get paid in the matter of days.

    6.   The training was only ***** minutes twice a week.  After while I started getting worried and the training started to get overwhelming, it was just too much stuff to try to remember, I was 68 years old, now 69.  With the training I had,  I was only 1/3 of the way through by the first week of February and had to make the first payment to the credit cards.  I tried to call the guy that talked me into doing the business but of course he didnt answer the phone or respond by text until I texted him that he was a liar.  When I did get someone, I brought this to their attention and after that they sped me through training but I had to do most of it myself toward the end after that.

    7.  At this point I felt like I had no choice but to try and finish the program.  Every time I thought about it, I became overwhelmed, stressed had anxiety with chest pains, it was just too muchI  Thats why I didnt sign (declined) another agreement saying that I could go LIVE and I didnt know what I was doing.  They didnt ask me about my health or how old I was.  It was just too much and I couldnt do it!!!!  I looked at the website and it was not up to par.  It had errors and items where there was only one item in a category, not good if youre trying to sell something or a brand name with no products after you click on it.

    9.  The claims and accusations are very accurate and they dont implement specific preventative measures because if they did why did they call me after I cancelled the first time.  They hide things very well and do and say things to get a person to do business with them that is not in writing.  Refer to the complaints with the BBB, everybody is basically saying the same thing about their tactics.  Now Im stuck and may have to file bankruptcy because they only want to give me $2,000 of the $10,000 I had to spend.  This is without any further assistance.  I dont even know if the site can still go LIVE so Im just stuck.  Tell me thats right.

BBB is unable to locate the business.
It started with a video saying to get start on making a website using InfiniAi I need to make a purchase of $67 dollars. I made the purchase and I got a call a day or 2 after the purchase from a gentleman who spoke to me for 30 minutes about whats going to happen from here on out if I decide to invest for a total $7500. Then he proceeded to tell me that training will begin. After doing some training and getting ahead of myself I asked how I can speed up the process because I was so anxious to get started, but no one told me how much is left until we got to the social media portion. The gentleman called me about my progress and told me about the next step and the next investment into the social media platforms. I went ahead and invested another $3000, which by then I had to use my personal credit card because we never got approved into a work card. After that my credit score took a hit and my payments got worse making my life harder. Their whole thing is to help people that have a lot money, but here I am getting squeezed for my card. The gentleman then told me this would be the last out of pocket investment. Not long after I was called by a different man calling about the advertising and marketing portion. He told me that I would have to put down $5000 out of a card I didn't have. He made me apply for another card after I explained I couldn't do this. But he didn't take no for an answer and continued to persuade me in purchasing. I didn't purchase the 5k but now I have to figure out what to do with this other card. I have been told many things over this 2 month period but I don't see much benefit of help from these people. I tried pulling out before the man on the phone was not taking no for an answer. I lost time and money over this training that hasn't gotten me anywhere.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was given a proposal for a third purchase from a man named ****** from Xceed. ********* set up a meeting with me and ****** to talk about the next steps. Once he started talking to me he about the marketing aspect and how they would do all the heavy lifting if I purchase another package for $5000. Thats when I told him I couldn't do it because I have no more funds and made me apply for another credit card on that day during the meeting. This meeting occurred on March 6th at 3pm central. On the business report no other offer was made for any other service. I have a brief text between me and ********* asking my next appointment with her and replies saying the date and time and that she will introduce me to ****** and he talk to me then. If I need to provide any other testimony or anything please let me know.
    Sincerely,

I am providing proof that I paid my $67 to InfinitAI with a bank statement and an email I got later that day about my purchase. If Xceed is not affiliated with InfinitAI then why did they get my $67 and why did I get an email InfinitAI?

I have the same complaint about Exceed Media like all the others. Almost the exact same experiences. I feel like I was misled the entire time. I was given a $9500 refund but was told no more. I had only signed a contract for $9500 but not the additional $15000. Not even sure what that was for. I would like to warn others about this company and try to get some more of my money back.

I see Exceed Media response. They did give me back $9500 but not the $15000. What they promised and what I signed the contract for was not satisfactory at all. I know probably no more money will be credited back to me. Just wanted to warn others that all the complaints about this business were true and almost the exact same thing happened to me. I feel I was extremely misled and deserve more money refunded. This is definitely a company that takes advantage of customers just to make money. So disappointed.

On 10/10/23 I was taken in website via Instagram (sponsored advertising video) and paid $67. I was interested to start my own online business of selling products. I got call from ***** ( ******************** Expert). He quickly started asking questions about what my goal is with this business. Asked approximately how much income I would like to have. When I said approximately $10000, he said that of course it is possible. I told him that I am afraid that my English is limited and I don't have much computer skills. He said it wouldn't be a problem and assured me that if I was willing to pay $9000, I would be able to complete the 3-6 week training program and start selling and earning from my website. He asked me to apply for a specific Amex Blue Cash Everyday credit card , he had previously verified that I have an Amex credit card. He told me that will be only 0% for 15 months. It turned out that I paid $440,65 interest from the next month, following his advice, not being very well informed. This was first slab and I suffered damage. In addition, although it was said that in 3-6 weeks website will be live and I will start receiving income, but the website took more than 10 weeks before it was ready. 11/01/23 I got call from XCEED MEDIA GROUP. They told me just checking my credit ability and pushed me to sign and set up a credit card to pay for service. They told me that I have to pay $12500 for marketing so that the website is visible and I can have an income of 7000-10000 dollars. 52 days have passed and only ******** and X(Twitter) have been opened only one post has been made. They gave me an agreement to sign where they mention 3 days to cancel but I saw their work after 10 weeks. My website wasn't set up and running within 3 days how am I supposed to try it? I want to get a refund of my money. So far I spent: $9000- XCEED MEDIA10/17/23, $127.47 Doba 10/31/23, $125000- XCEED MEDIA 11/01/23 It is impossible for the client to use the website by phone. It is a cheap website with many flaws and does not inspire confidence in the customer. they have a lot of horrible reviews.

Back in August I spoke with a person who set me up with, let's call her a closer. I was interested in drop shipping, and she told me it could produce generational wealth if done right. She put me in touch with Xceed Media. It began with questions about what kind of credit I had and they took advantage from there. They started on August 3 with the initial charge of $7,200 because after all if I wanted to build a website and dropship it was going to take investing money. Then, there was more money because you have to invest more money if you want to have the proper people behind you promoting you with social branding and marketing and digital advertising. Sure, so another $12,000 and another $6,000 and in the meantime, I am paying for an LLC and an EIN and opening bank accounts and getting business credit cards and advertisements for my vehicles and the whole nine because I am all in. I wanted to do everything they said so I could be successful at this drop shipping business! So, I am training and completing all these tasks and spending all this money and it is coming to the date where my website is going to go live, and I am noticing that I cannot access this site via any kind of cellular device. Neither can any of my friends and I am not getting any traffic at all! They are not delivering on what they promised, and the website is nonfunctional! So here comes the Christmas season and I am out close to if not more than $30,000 and I am not making any money, and no one can access my website, nor does anyone know it is out there due to nonexistent marketing on their part. I tried to get in touch with their website department but all appointments are weeks out so I do what I can, I make an appointment for Black Friday with a guy named *** who actually confirms the appointment and then cancels. It was only when I threatened them that they attempted to fix it POORLY. It is all mashed together. Not indicative of the "expert staff" they boast.

On 6/21/23 I was taken in by 'Online Profit DNA' ******************* and paid $47 for more information. They are located in ******, **. From there I found myself unfortunately being somehow convinced to open an **************** Blue Card. I am usually very careful about credit cards and to keep the balance low, so this required some fast talking. Somehow I played along and they charged $6,900 to enter into an agreement for the education and support to build me a website and business. This included getting an EIN# PayPal account, Stripe account, Business name (The Kitty *********** and more. My "niche" was cat products. I was set up with a drop shipper, Doba ($127.99 every 3 mo). Later (last Fri, 10/13/23) I found Doba was just being used for training purposes and they were bad mouthed as being a ********** and not great to work with. I was told to get my own suppliers. Prior to this I was pressured to get extra help for another $2,3,or 4K. I have a learning disability (dyscalcula) so I played along ($3K) knowing I would need all the help I could get even though some red flags flew, I hoped and prayed this was legit. I retired 2.5 years ago and am living on just social security and a very small annuity. This was done with high pressure deadlines and all the excuses they could muster. The training was hurried and sloppily done leaving me very confused. I'm working with ****************, but they can't legally do more. "Warhead" does the training in small sections to not overwhelm and drag it out longer. There are additional players along with Xceed Media. Fulfillment Pros who take $99.99/mo for maintenance of sorts, They only got paid for Aug/Sept and have been blocked. Then there is Kreative, LLC, the branding agency for web design in ***********. They have horrible reviews I wish I had read sooner mirroring my experience. XM will give me a partial refund only, but I am not willing to accept their offer. There is much more I would like to add! Thx!

This is an email sent to me earlier today from **** .
    Not sure I understand this.

    Hello *********,

I have been made aware that since our conversation you have filed a dispute with the BBB.
As previously advised we will now need to halt all discussions unless it revolves around resolving this matter
as a response to this complaint is required.  Should the result of this dispute be ruled in our favor we can
then elect to either continue working with you or cease all services.

Let me know if you would like to discuss further.

I called back ***************** who I thought was with Xceed.  Now he is from Fulfillment Pros.  They are a big part of this but my **************** account shows the large purchases were through Xceed.  Fulfillment Pros was $99.99/mo, and I wasn't even asking for a refund as that was only taken out x2 mo.  My records show this was all done through AmEx, however he is stating that my Discover card covered $3,500 and my **** covered $6,500 to FP.  I am now very confused.
I do see where my Discover was charged $3,500 on 7/31/23.  I have not had an opportunity to find my **** yet.  This will take me more time to wrap my head around as I know I did not do a balance transfer to AmEx.  I know I did take around $10K out of my measly *** to pay down the cards.  My learning disability/Dyscalcula  makes this even worse for me and I am extremely stressed and frustrated.  **** wants an answer by 1PM today PT (3PM CT).
He said now that I have contacted the BBB, they are no longer able to negotiate further or something to that effect.  When I called AMEX for information initially they said the charges were from Xceed Media, and they specifically stated I should speak with them and even provided the phone #.
This has become a maze of confusion and I don't want to be taken advantage of any more than I have been already.  I am not in a position to trust any of this information now and certainly need more direction and time than what they want to provide.  Please advise.
    Thanks!

Regarding my case # ********, I have had much difficulty reaching anybody to ask simple questions before
I agree to a resolution.  Xceed Media has agreed to refund me $5,000, however they want me to state in this
email that this has been resolved prior to the reimbursement.

I have spoken with several professionals who stated it sounds almost like blackmail. I was finally able to
reach BBB rep in another office who stated I could receive the refund first and then send the email that it
was received.  He also let me know that if the amount stated is not received, I can reopen the complaint again.

I also need to know what is the best way to receive this refund?  It can't go back onto the old AmEx card as that account
has been closed.  I was advised against giving my account information, routing number for my checking account, but
I am also not trusting of snail mail.

I would appreciate some suggestions. I hope this makes sense.

I prefer this be addressed to *********************** at Xceed as he is who I have been dealing with.

    Thank You!

PLease be advised that the case #******** between myself and Xceed Media Group has been resolved.

I am told they will send a full refund to my **************** card as soon as they receive notification from
you that this email has been received.

I also would like to add that I regret what I stated in the previous email about it feeling like blackmail.  At the
time I was upset about how long it was taking to have resolution by waiting for emails with you as the go between.
For the most part they have been reasonable, and I was overreacting.
