- Custom Bedbug Inc. provides a re-treatment guarantee on our full thermal remediation service. Approximately two weeks after treatment, an independent third-party canine handler performs a follow-up inspection. If bed bugs are confirmed during that follow-up, Custom Bedbug returns to address the issue at no additional charge, provided the customer has followed the post-treatment preparation guidelines provided at booking. Pre-service canine inspections and consultation calls are billed separately from treatment and are non-refundable once performed. Refund requests for services scheduled but not yet performed can be submitted by phone at (866) 760-0116 or through our website contact form. Requests are reviewed individually and processed within a reasonable timeframe.
