    On 9/3/23 I hired Beacon moving services that was suppose to move me. They never told me that a third party moving company was going to show up to physically move me. When All State showed up it was two hispanic men and another foreign man ALL in FLIP FLOPS, not very professional!! They looked around at what all I had and told me that I was going to need more space than quoted. I immediately tried to get on the phone with Beacon to talk about this matter and got no where fast!! Not one of the men, ********************* or *************************, that promised to be there for me answered or EVER got back to me. When the men started loading the truck he said he'd let me know when I was at my quoted space and then I could let him know what I wanted to do. At that time the man said it"d be another $1,700 dollars for the rest of my stuff. I was told that I'd be paying Beacon and got conflicting info and the man wanted payment then and there. I didn't feel comfortable with that and was also not gonna pay the extra because that was not was what agreed upon along with "packing materials". They also dropped two of my boxes marked fragile down 5 steps and laughed about it. This was the worst experience EVER!! After it got down to the end and it was decision time and Beacon wouldn't answer so I had them off load my stuff and decided not to use them. I have since gotten settled into my new place and now going through the last of my stuff realized they didn't off load ALL my stuff and have at least a tote and box of my stuff missing!! I've tried to get in contact with some one from BOTH companies and have gotten NO WHERE!! This is very upsetting and completely unacceptable. PLEASE HELP!!

    Hello,I had an agreement (Order #: A7397526) with ALLSTATE MOVING LLC for moving my home stuff from **** to ***** for $6,208.70. The move was started on 07/01/2022 and my stuff was delivered on 10/03/2022. But, there were some damages to some of my items during the move, for which they asked me to file a claim with *** (***************************). The *** Claim ID is *********. That claim got settled and total settlement money I should be getting from ALLSTATE MOVING LLC is $144.00. But, I have not received that money yet in any form (i.e., check or deposit). When I contacted *** Claims, they clearly told me that ALLSTATE MOVING LLC is responsible for sending me the settlement money. I have tried to reach ALLSTATE MOVING LLC multiple times through e-mail and phone but there is no response from them. Please help me regarding this issue.Thank you.*******,*******.

    This company was a scammy nightmare to deal with from day one. They quoted us one price for a move then demanded an additional 10k to do the job, on the *** of the move with movers already in our home packing our stuff. Upon delivery of our household goods we had several broken items including an expensive large screen OLED television that was completely smashed. Filed a claim with their claim company over a year ago and have not received any compensation to date despite numerous emails and calls. I was able to get someone on the phone last summer who told me they were behind on paying claims but would get to our claim in the next quarter (fall/winter 2022). It is now March of 2023 and we have received nothing from this shady company, except for runaround after runaround. We paid almost $30,000 for a move from ** to **, the least this company could do is reimburse us for our goods that were broken. My husband and I are going to take legal action, entitled to us under the DoT's federal motor carrier safety administration campaign - "protect your move".Job ID ********

    Issue: ***************** (AEY), Allstate Moving LLC (Allstate), and ******************************** (CSI) provided poor untimely moving and claim services.Background: I signed a contract with AEY to relocate household goods from Virginia to *******. However, *** acted as a broker and then contracted Allstate to physically pack, ship, and deliver my household goods. CSI was contracted by AEY as a 3rd party to adjudicate my claim for damaged household good items.Three Complaints: 1st Complaint - I was misled by AEY to believe AEY would conduct the move (pack ship, deliver) vice act as a broker. AEY subcontracted Allstate to conduct the move. 2nd Complaint - Allstate breached the signed Interstate Bill of Lading Contract and Order for Service by exceeding the guaranteed delivery to take place within 30 business day of the date first available for delivery. No compensation was offered by AEY nor Allstate for the untimely deliver. 3rd Complaint A 3rd party, CSI was contracted to adjudicate my claim for damages.Synopsis: In Jul 2022, I signed a contract with AEY to pack, ship, and deliver my household goods. In Jul 2022, AEY subcontracted Allstate to pack, ship, and deliver my household goods. On 26 Jul 2022, Allstate packed and shipped my household goods. On 17 Sept 2022, Allstate finally delivered my household goods, extremely late and with physical damages. On 08 Oct 2022, I filed a claim with CSI due to physical damages resulting from Allstate unprofessional care of my household goods. My household goods arrived broken, with water damages. Federal regulations allow 120 days to settle interstate claims; CSI has exceeded this 120-day settlement period and my claim remains open and unadjudicated as of 22 Feb 2023. Do your due diligence before signing service contract with these companies! This remains a very unpleasant moving experience!

    I file claim with this company back in 10/2021 and the claim was approved back in 04/2022 and still haven't received my payment in the amount of $840.00. every time I call they give me the run around.

    Terrible company! On 07/27/22 Allstate Moving LLC arrived to load up my items for transport.(Job No. N7397163) Once the team had the truck loaded, they informed me that the load was much larger than the original estimate. The additional space that was required increased the estimated cost by several thousand dollars! But at this point, after its already loaded, my options were limited. So I agreed to pay the additional cost versus unloading the truck. Also, when setting up this move with Moving Specialist ****, it was recommended that I reserve a Shuttle Truck for the destination address. The reason for this was because other family members of mine had moved to the same location several months prior and the Truck Driver said the streets were to small for a large semi truck, so my family had to pay an additional $3000.00 for a Shuttle Truck! I was surprised by this, as was Moving Specialist ****. So for my Shuttle Truck fee I had to pay an additional $1052.00, which was calculated into the overall cost of well over $8000.00. As we were travelling across country, I received a call from the Allstate Driver giving me a deliver time for unloading. Amazingly enough, they were arriving before us, so I had to make sure someone was there to meet them. Luckily my family was able to meet them, and pay them the remaining balance due of over $3000.00. Now the problem is,they arrived driving a large Semi Truck, not a smaller Shuttle Truck. Yet, they still collected the entire balance due without removing the Shuttle Fee of $1052.00. I've called and sent many emails trying to get refunded. A **************** Rep *********** stated if a shuttle truck wasn't used, then I am owed a refund. She stated in her email that the matter was forwarded to management and to be patient. Well, I've been very patient and have given them nearly FOUR MONTHS to resolve this. And now, all of my inquiries go unanswered, I'm just ignored! A claim will also be filed for other damages and loss of property

    First, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that the customer may have experienced.  It is never our intention for our customers to be less than satisfied with our services.

    Customer provided us with a list of items they planned to move from WA to TX based on which the original estimate was produced. Customer reviewed and signed an electronic estimate including their estimated inventory. They later reached out to update their inventory and received a new electronic estimate. The most recent electronic estimate was based on the inventory provided and reviewed by the client containing 106 pieces. On the day of the move, client requested additional items to transported. Their final inventory increased significantly and contained 134 pieces total (see attached inventory). Prior to loading the truck, client reviewed and signed a revised estimate based on the new inventory. Final estimate contained delivery shuttle service that was added per client's request which customer agreed to and signed for. With all extra items, final grand total for the move was $8552.11 including shuttle fee and a $953.93 discount.

    At the time of delivery driver was able to complete service without using a smaller shuttle truck. Service was completed timely and within terms of the signed contract. Following customer's feedback it was agreed that ********************** would pass savings onto customer and refund $1050 (amount equal to the delivery shuttle charge). Per our records a refund check has been issued. To confirm this, we reached out to the billing department and currently waiting for their response.

    We regret that the customer found it necessary to file a complaint, but we trust that the above explanation enables them to better understand our position in this matter.
