I purchased the vehicle in question on 2/17/2022, less than a month and 500 miles after owning the vehicle there were major issues. The car was advertised as a perfect daily driver and within said month i had to replace a head gasket, the entire exhaust, and the brakes completely as well as remove a ton of bad wiring. I contacted the dealership the minute i was having issues and they were "too busy" at the time to actually help so they pushed me off to one of there employees at the time to work on it over his weekends. I agreed and decided okay, once the head gasket is fixed it will be running healthy, only to find out the actual motor was damaged. There is significant heat damage to cylinder 6 in the motor as well as a crack in the cylinder head itself, when i presented these issues to the dealership they said the most they could do was give me a 1000$. I gathered evidence showing the vehicle was indeed damaged before they had ever sold me it in which prompted them to actually attempt to halfway fix the problem, they presented me with 3 options, take 3000$, take an engine they have sitting on a shelf that no one can say what condition its in and they wont install in the vehicle or have them replace/repair the cracked head, which still leaves the cylinder 6 damage in the car. I said go ahead and replace the cracked head but we need to see what there master technician thinks about the actual damage to the cylinder 6. i dropped the car off on July 14th only to be informed early august that there master tech wont be able to work on the car and they will be hiring a third party mechanic to fix this, it is now August 18th and i still do not have my vehicle back and they are no longer willing to budge or even think about replacing the motor or fixing cylinder 6. I am hoping something can be done before i need to look at taking legal options. Below i have attached images of the damage and estimates provided to repair them.
