    I am trying to cancel an order that they claim has shipped, yet hasn't arrived and isn't scheduled to arrive for another week. They claim they have no control over this and that I should just wait for the order to arrive and then they will charge me a shipping fee and 20% restocking fee, despite unopened boxes that haven't arrived. Don't buy from here.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Just received Sjel 29" Velvet Accent Chair. I can see why it is non returnable. It is absolutely horrible. Like sitting on a rock. Looks deceivingly nice but not worth over $300. Not worth $100. I could find better at ******* or dollar store. Company should be ashamed of the obviously fake reviews suggesting this is a comfortable chair. I should have searched more independent reviews before buying. Offered a10% discount on the next purchase from them - told them keep it. Would never buy anything else from this garbage company.

    I ordered a tv stand and it was as described. Everything was well, except there was a large chip of wood missing on the back corner of the bottom shelf. Because it was on the back, I did not pursue sending it back, but it should have never happened during shipping. Maybe rethink how the items are packaged.

The island is solid and beautifully craftedits a perfect fit for my kitchen both in style and functionality. Shipping was impressively fast, and the delivery process was completely seamless.     The item I ordered arrived incredibly fast, which was such a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, it didnt quite fit in our new living room due to the dimensions. I reached out to Hernest, and I was blown away by how helpful and responsive their customer service team was. They even called me twice to make sure I was taken care of and happy with the process.They offered us a refund without any hassle, and their kindness and professionalism throughout made all the difference.     I ordered a lift-top table from them. When the two boxes arrived, the box that weighed 116 pounds was almost destroyed and everything inside was covered with dirt, as if the box sat in a garage for years before being shipped. The other box was in much better condition. Unfortunately, one of the pieces didn't have the holes drilled into it. It was in the box that was in poor shape. I contacted them and the *** on chat offered a $30 refund to deal with the problem locally. I rejected their offer and the *** raised my complaint to the next level. The email I received from the "next level" stated:Thank you for contacting Hernest. We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered during installation. We have checked the issue with this hole and verified with the relevant department that you need to borrow the appropriate tool to directly poke open this hole. Please try using an iron wooden rod to offset this hole position. If this method does not work, please send us further pictures and videos to prove it. We will provide you with further solutions to assist you. We constantly strive to better our user experience and your feedback matters. Let us know if there's anything we can do to help you. Kind regards,Hernest Buyer beware. They sell defective merchandise.

    They try to avoid refunding you. The 1800 number doesnt work. They wont confirm any cancellation. They just want to escalate the claim. To who? No clue. This place is a huge scam.
