              We contacted Kelley Connect on 1/14/2021 requesting pricing for a printer to add to our downstairs office. We approved for the printer to be ordered on 1/20/2021. We were expecting the printer on 1/26/2021, and did not receive the printer until 2/5/2021. They did not schedule the delivery with anyone in our office. The printer sat down stairs until 2/12/2021 when they showed up to set the printer up, again not scheduled with anyone in our office. The printer was never set up correctly, they didn't connect it to our computers, they ran a plug from a near by office, through a doorway, through a hallway, to the printer, and threw our door mat over the cord. We never used the printer, as it was not connected to any of our desktops. We requested that they come and pick up their printer, and they have refused to do so, so the printer is just sitting in our main lobby area. We got a printer from Terrells, it took them 6 days to get the machine here, and 30 minutes to set up to our network.
