    I am rejecting this response because:

    The response clearly states that the company reporting the false information does not have a contract with me. Nor can they provide any documentation to prove the debt they are reporting is owed by me as stated in my complaint. 

    I am still requesting that this company remove the collections off of my credit report.

    Dear Handler,

    We appreciate your concern and the opportunity to address any misunderstanding regarding how we operate as a collection agency. We are not a debt purchaser. We receive our accounts by assignment from our current clientele. Clearview Laser PLLC is our client and assigned an owing amount to us. We are in contract with Clearview Eye Laser PLLC and made an agreement with them to collect the outstanding balance. Any questions, concerns or negotiations can by handled in our office going forward.

    If you have requested we provide you with verification of the debt, we make that a priority in our office and mail all relevant documents to your address. Please call us at ************ and we will be happy to answer any additional questions.

    Physician and dentist credit has almost double the amount I owed then a garnishment. I paid them $275 on $1000 bill (which L&I was suppose to pay). I call them when I received the Garnment Letter to settle the amount. They refuse to settle. Say the now wanted over $1500.00. I don't understand how a $1000 bill can be subject to a over $1700.00. dollar bill. and why can't I settle the bill. Instead of them stealing my pay check. A commission in which I ama new agent and have not clear 30k this hold year. I'm sorry 20% is excessive. I have other bills beside this one. I just want to know why they refuse to take a settlement so I can move on.Phy and Dentist have rec to date i paid $275 + they garnish $722.20.=$997.20 Can you please help me!
