Inland Properties are the parent company for Somerset Apartments where I have dutifully paid my rent. Located in ********************** My issue is that our lease agreement doesn't seem to comply with our welfare when it comes to neighbors who continue to avoid cleaning their apartment #**** above us. There is food left out, nasty unkempt litter box, etc. This has escalated to major concern not only for us, but our neighbors as well. My spouse is a retired, accredited pest control agent. We are very clean renter's, and I'm hoping someone can direct us in the proper direction to resolve the neighbors in apt. **** on *******. in Somerset apartments above us. The house constantly smells like excrement. The place has mold, German roaches, and fleas galore. Litter box never cleaned. Got to wear a hazmat suit to just open their front door. Mother has neuropathy, Drinks all day, smokes constantly in the house, uses tupperware to expel waste, cat food (open cans) left out daily, and never removed from premise. We are tired of trying to control this issue. ****************** doesn't seem to care. They constantly overfill the tub, sink (thawing food) and filthy. I want to contact the ** for *******, but not sure if this would even amount to any action. German roaches are multiplying at an insane rate! Eating dirty litter box feces, moving on to an abundance of take out food left on carpet.
