30 day warranty to customer on receipt with receipt only. Phones carry a 30 day in store credit or exchange only. New device's carry one year limited manufacturer warranty. Unlock's are non refundable as they are permanent for the device and are done by the manufacturer. Once unlock is submitted the coding is completed within the discussed time frame. All repair completions will carry 30 day limited manufacturer warranty excluding customer neglect. Special order's are non refundable as the part ordered is specific to the device in for repair. Most cases that part cannot be re-sold, also due to market value changes.
Customer installation of purchased parts carry no warranty and cannot be returned
