      I purchased a 30 day driver's course from this company. I have contacted the company 5 times because I am unable to log in to the course. The fee I already paid is non refundable. The 30 day course will expire .Please assist.Thank you

      ****** was taken care of a few times. 
      She registered on 2/26 had a few issues with voice verification and her login credentials. She claimed that we were scamming her. *** & ***** spoke with her on 3/12 they cancelled the first account and re registered her. She only got ****% done and that was on 03/01 never went back to her account. Chatted with ***** yesterday and we refunded her and cancelled her course. 
      I cannot do more than apologize to the customer and offer a refund.
