      We ordered a dishwasher through ************************ - and *************** Repair was the third-party installer that Costco selected. *************** Repair was responsive and on time, but the overall experience was disappointing. They cut into our cabinetry without asking for permission, left debris behind for my wife to clean up, and may have caused water damage to our home. While the dishwasher had no leaks, we didn't have any issues before installation, but now have water damage on the ceiling under where the dishwasher was installed. The liability claim was denied by Costco and *************** Repair (which I didn't know until I called in to customer service and still haven't been given a reason why it was denied), leaving us frustrated and stuck with the bill.

      Costco advertises free delivery and setup, but thats 100% FALSE.We were charged $200 more for a sectional because we had them delivered. Costco is a deceptive company that lies in its ads.

      Costco discriminates in the hiring process by only hiring new employees to work on the floor stocking for at least 90 days before you can apply for cashier positions. Too bad if you aren't physically able to do the stocking. I'm perfectly qualified to be a cashier with t years experience. Too bad I can't do negative stars.

      I had purchased a Southwest Gift card via ****** online. I was emailed a card number and pin number. ****************** states the card number and pin do not exist. After over a year of going back and forth with Costco, Southwest, and Costco's gift card provider, there has been no resolution, they still have my money, and the gift card still does not work/exist.

      If I'm coming from one day buying one item I don't want to pay $65 for a whole year why am I paying $65 for a whole year and I'm only shopping for one day you guys are making a lot of money it's for somebody to come in your store and spend money

      Costco Complaint Message Subject: Groupon Membership Offer - Existing Member Issue Hello,I purchased a Groupon deal for a Costco membership around February, which included a $65 membership and a $20 Costco credit. However, I didn't realize at the time that the offer was only valid for new members.I was already a member when I bought the Groupon, and I feel this wasn't made clear enough during the purchase process. I reached out to *******, but they indicated that Costco is responsible for enforcing the terms.I've been a loyal Costco member and would appreciate your help in honoring the offer or helping find a fair resolution.Thank you for your time and assistance,******** *********

      Ordered a washer/dryer unit from Costco online. Both delivery attempts failed because the installation crew didnt have the necessary parts, despite installation and parts being included with the order.I live in a condo in ******* that's less than 30 years old. There's nothing unusual about the setup. Still, both the delivery crew and Costco **** acted like I should just accept the situation and roll up my sleeves to figure out a solution.After two failed attempts and no real accountability, Im very unhappy. I expected better from Costco.

      6/11/25 I brought my '23 *** X7 in for new tires costing close to $2K for appt at the Alpharetta Ga Costco.I went to pick up the ***************** was parked in a spot with the suspension so high I could almost not climb into it & a deep scratch on front driver bumper. Once started, all the tire warning systems illuminated & not reset to recognize new tires. It was also showing low air pressure 2 rear tires. I quickly went back into the shop. Mgr **** discovered 2 rear tires were not filled correctly, if at all by the technician who completed the work & asked me to bring it back to bay ro refill. Can you imagine if I just drove off with incorrectly filled new tires? I showed him the scratch that was NOT present when I dropped off the vehicle. $100,000 2023 *** X7 in pristine condition without any other ****************** I proceeded to ask ************ mgr **** if photos taken of vehicles before they enter the bay for work with an iPad or drive thru machine. I was informed they did not know. We all agreed the scratch still had the paint shavings physically visible so it was fresh & new. Furthermore, the balancing weights sticker from the previous tire change at Costco was not removed correctly. I am still receiving a message from the vehicle and *** app an urgent tire check up is required and to limit driving. So now I will be heading to the *** dealer to ensure the vehicle is safe to drive. I will save all records and receipts. This is has been a horrible experience for a loyal Costco customer. My 2023 X7 was not returned to me in the same condition I dropped it off. I am formally requesting the Costco tire shops surveillance footage from the moment my vehicle was was dropped off at 530 pm to the second it was pulled out of the Costco tire bay be preserved for legal reasons from 6/11/25. I am also preserving photos and home surveillance footage of the vehicle from the hours leading up to the appointment at 530 pm on 6/11/25.

      I ordered flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on Friday May 8 to my sister in *************************. The flowers arrived on May 13 in deplorable condition.Petals fallen off and roses wilted.

      I attempted to enter my Maui Costco store. A female employee stopped me and said I couldn't come in wearing what I was wearing. I was wearing long linen pants and a sports bra/tank with approximately 2" of midriff exposed. At that same moment, another woman wearing a sports bra/tank and long pants walked through no problem. I asked the woman what the concern was and she couldn't specifically verbalize what was wrong with this member's clothing. I wasn't happy, but blessed her and walked away from the entrance at which time she shouted something to me in Portuguese (I'm guessing she's Portuguese Hawaiian). I called customer service at the Maui store and they proceeded to let me know there was a concern about the midriff exposure due to there being many pallets. If that's the case - since there's pallets on the ground and approximately at eye/head level - why aren't they enforcing closed toe shoes and hats so customers don't bump our heads and toes? I usually wear the same outfits over and over - including what I had on today to this Costco and it's never been a problem.
