We used this business to adopt embryos. I adopted one set of embryos, and then adopted another set. The time span of working with this company has been 5 years or longer. I have experienced a lot of horrible interactions with this company over the years. However, because they are connect to my family's journey to have children, I have delt with the inappropriate and unkind communication quietly. I am now at a point where I have felt like I can leave an honest review so that other families can be aware how hard communication with this company can be before they sign a contract with them. After posting an honest review on ******** and ******* the owner of the company emailed me and said I need to take down my reviews in order to have her company keep our contact with our donor family for our child that was born from one of the sets of embryos. Some background: *********** has a program called *********************. Once you have a child from an adopted embryo, ********************* helps you keep contact with the family. After I posted my review, she is using this service as leverage to get me to take down my honest review of her company. When I pushed back, she told me I can **** mail communication to our donor family via a physical address instead of the service that every other family using her company gets. I feel that this is retaliation for an honest review and possibly blackmail to get me to take down my review. She has sense told me that I need to download all the documents that they are storing for us.
