    We had superior septic services come out to pump our black tank on ****** on December 26th, 2023. They have been coming twice a month for the last 14 months. Before this date, we have never had a problem with them. This time a new guy that I had never met came out. He proceeded to pump our black tank, then he came around to the back door and told me that he had tripped and broken off the filter that supplies water to ******. He told me it's an easy fix, that I could replace it, or maybe even super glue it and then he left. I called the office and explained what had happened and asked them if they were going to be able to pay for the part that I was going to have to replace. They didn't give me an answer, and the next thing I knew they had sent the guy back to our house, he was here for maybe 30 seconds, and then he left. I found out later she had sent him back to take pictures of where he tripped. When my husband came home, he found that not only had he broken this part off, but he had broken a whole other part off of the *** He said I don't see how he could have done that since it's up high on the ** unless he grabbed it when he tripped. No one else in 14 months has ever tripped over a hose. The hoses supply water to ****** and are in plain sight. I called them the next day to inform them what my husband said, and they basically told me that this wasn't their problem, that I had signed paperwork at the beginning saying they weren't responsible for damages. I don't see how this is possible. I have never had a problem with any of their other employees, I have given them thousands of dollars in the last 14 months, and they are going to blame me because he tripped over 2 hoses in plain sight? He turned off the water to ****** too which caused air in the lines, and now we have loud noises coming from the pump in the ****** has been nothing but problems since this happened. I just want them to be responsible for it. Our water system hasn't been the same since It happened
